I don't think that anyone here would disagree that we need some direction and order. Without those things Novos will never grow into anything other than a small guild on Gaia. For these reasons and for our future, I set up wiki pages for us to design the constitution and bylaws.
These documents have not yet taken effect (though ideas from them may be used) and are subject to change untill such a time as they do take effect.
The only problem is that anyone can edit them in any way that they choose with no restrictions, so be careful!

Note: Bluwiki alows anyone to edit the content, PBwiki requires a password. Because of this the PBwiki is sort of the "official" version. If you need the password to the PBwiki, it can be found in the fourth post on this page.

Thank you. It is just a draft though and really should be looked over. I will try to do my best but any help would be appreciated.
After all, I'm still relatively new to Novos and don't really know exactly what Novos wants for itself.

I just meant the thread, but I don't do much except supervise and edit grammar once n a wile. Oh, and I keep people coming back with my magnetic personality.
Okay, maybe I'm giving myself too much credit on that ground. You guys are supposed to be here for the cause. The cause, MAN! So I shall stay a little bit longer.

I I found two articles on Wikipedia that I think are worth looking at. First, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on December 10, 1948. Second, a comprehensive overview of World Government, including various proposed forms of world government and arguments against them.

The constitution and the bylaws still have major problems. I have done a bit of fixing, but in places they still don't make sence.
