Well they're one of the main pioneers of the metalcore genre and self-proclaimed "Destroyers of False Metal". A combination of ex-members of AfterShock and Overcast they formed after Killwsitch Engage opened the doors for other metalcore bands. Originally fronted by current lead singer of All That Remains, Philip LaBonte they parted with after disputes over different beliefs. They drafted former lead singer of AfterShock and current lead singer Brain Fair. Although the band considers "Of One Blood" they're debut album they did record an album with Phil titled "Somber Eyes to the Sky" but usually don't play any songs off the album during their shows. Just recently they released a new album titled "Retribution" with their lead-off single "Still I Rise".
Post about them if you like them.

badass band. I just saw them at mayhem, kind of odd that they were playing on a rather small stage but it was awesome to get right up next to the stage and thrash out to them.

Honestly SF doesn't like to play big venues but rather like to play to small scale crowds.

That's cause they're all firm believers in Zen Buddhism.
