Quote: Michael (Steve Carell) is forced to face the music after he realizes he can't keep a promise he made to a group of kids 10 years ago. Meanwhile, Jim (John Krasinski) starts an employee of the month program to increase employee morale. This episode is expected to continue the insolvency story arc that started in Murder.

Heh..., I loved Dwight's diabolical plan to bring down Jim...It would've worked too, if Jim's lips weren't permanently attached to David Wallace's butt. I can't wait to see what Dwight & Ryan have planned to bring down Jim.

Sadly, I don't think Jim is going to stay Co-Manager for long, yet I don't think Dwight or Ryan will have anything to do with it. Also, it looks like Erin going into accounting and I'm predicting Pam will be a receptionist again. She only has 2 clients after all. Anyway about the episode, I'm kind of glad Erin had to step up as Pam's replacement and I was surprised to see Michael interacting with her more. She's pretty much walking in Pam's footsteps and by going with Michael and seeing him make a complete fool of himself she's getting to know how he really is.

I was literally cringing while watching this episode. I kept thinking, "It can't get any worse than this", and then it did. I'm not saying that the episode was bad, just that Michael is such an idiot sometimes and one of these times it's really going to do him it.
Creed definitely had one of the best quotes of the night though: "Guys, I'm starting to think Pam's not even pregnant." rofl

Oh my this was one of the most uncomfortable episodes ever. One of those where you're just like "Michael!! Really???"

This ep is definitely one of the more awkward episodes, I totally expected him to just pretend like nothing was wrong and don't tell them. Also I'll be really made at this show if Pam goes back to reception (I mean she's got 4 clients now, she's improving) and Jim goes back to sales. And basically the show takes back everything office-related that's happened this season. Also when are Dwight and Angela getting back together, or are they already back together and we just don't know it. And lastly Dwight + Ryan = Awesome on soooo many levels.

I loved Dwight's impressions of Kevin, Stanley, and Toby.
