Yes, I believe in Angels.
There are Angels in Many Religion.
They just go by Different Names.

Valkyries aren't angels. For one thing, they have gender last I checked, for another they serve Odin, not YHVH. Keep your Abrahamic entities out of my Norse heathenism, kthxbai. stare In fact, I'm about as offended by this as I am at people who say "All gods that aren't YHVH are the Devil". Now, on topic. Angels are the messengers and heralds and whatnot of YHVH. They're generally portrayed incorrectly in pop culture as nice fluffy things that bring nothing but happiness and goodness. There are very few instances of an angel appearing to a human in the Bible without them needing to say "Do not be afraid" in their greeting. Not to mention that angels in the bible have committed everything from wanton destruction to blatant genocide.

Sorry for any offense I've caused.
I was raised in a Semi-Abrahamic household, as a Jehovah's Witness.
I will always Believe in both Angels and Demons,
My Boyfriend, Who is Nordic, Agrees with me though.
Angels, to me, Are Beings that are winged with Human form that descend fourth from the "Heavens" and are related to Deities in one way or another... Though the Actual Definition butchers my own xD
Some Depictions of Valkyries fit that.
Once again, I'm sorry For Any Offense or Aggravation I've caused.

My only Justification is that he has wings and human Shape.
Edit: I have No real Beliefs towards the Abrahamic Religion anymore after what my Parents went through. Though that isn't going to stop me from using the term "Angel" for a Creature that has Feathered Wings with Human Shape.

I would say yes.
Though you are Clearly Human on this plane of Existence. It doesn't mean you aren't something else in another.
Lam and I both Experience Wings Outside This plane and Even "feel" them in this one.

We think of ourselves More as Faerie. It's the closest creature we could relate to.
Our Wings are Either Insect like or Formless.
Lamia's Wings are Almost Crystalline whereas mine are Smokey with a birdlike Appearance most of the time.
We used to call each other The Hell-bent Angel and Heaven-sent Demon as a joke though. Most of that reasoning though is from past Experiences and our Bond with each other.

I understand the Speculation, But also mind that this is only a theory.
I am very much Human on this Plane of Existence Iron wouldn't work I don't think... I've never really tried it.
Both Lamia and I are trying to figure out why we have Wings on the other Planes. It was one of the Closest things we could compare it to, with the shape of the wings as well as Traits from our Personality.
Edit: Another Theory I have is just Subconscious Energy working Manifesting into "Wings".
Do you know what would be causing you to have wings on the other planes?
