Hi everyone!
I made this topic before, but I accidentally deleted it when I meant to lock it... sweatdrop So I'm just making another one!
Anyway, we're going to be discussing the Watumelon Holiday Party!
Vote and post for where and when the party should be, as well as what we should do at it! Check back often, because I'll be adding mini-polls in the discussion, as well as updates in the first post when we determine some definite info. wink
We'll be having a meeting here in this topic all day Saturday, December 5, but feel free to vote and post before and after that date. 3nodding
One more thing: Please vote and post even if you're not coming, because you're still part of our WatuFamily and your opinions are still valued. heart

Okay, first topic: Where should we host the party?
Some Ideas include:
~Towns (Meet at someone's house)
~Skittles World or some other place with real-time chat and games
~Right here in the Guild (Make a subforum like we did for the PJ party)
~Any combination of the above
Feel free to use any of these or come up with your own ideas.

Eee.. I hope I'm not jumping the gun, but with time zones I can hardly tell.. o.o .. I think I am.. Anyway, I think it'd be nice to have it in towns because of the live chat component, and it's somewhat easier to carry across conversations etc...
However, using a guild subforum would probably work just as well, because people will be coming online at different times and it'd be easier to keep track of it all.. c: *rambles*

Both methods, work equally well. maybe it would be good to have both? That way people who want to chat can, and the people who meet up with everyone else can at least participate. Does that sound good?

errr... cant take attendance but i like the idea of a forum, since i cant ever stay here for long it would be better if i could check in and add my ideas accordingly. and the rambles should be kept up with biggrin

Not quite sure when the party is >}_< Sorry, mental blank. I might be able to go, not sure, I've got double shift today so I could end up going until 10pm depending.

Anyways, since it seems to be split between the three options of towns, forums, or both, I think we ought to have both, just so that everyone can have what they want. 3nodding And to make attendance easier, I think everyone should check in to a subforum before going off on the usual crazy party shenanigans.
