Shugo sat in a chair facing a window. Staring out into space was mesmerizing, all the glows and swirls, colors and lights of the far distant planets was like a new aged lava lamp. As he stared put he thought to himself, thinking back of how he got this far and what was ahead of him in this life.

Lester walked along the hallway of the western corridor of the space ship, looking at the engineers along the way, they saluted, he saluted back. Along the hallway, he saw his friend, Shugo, sitting quietly while out into space. Placing a hand on Shugo's shoulder, he sat down next to him while pulling out a pack of playing cards. "How's it going Shugo? Dreaming again I see..." Opening the pack of cards, Lester looked through each and every one of them, then shuffled the cards as fast as he could.

mind if i join the game there fellas said an old yet familiar voice as a man in a black long leather coat and black wide brim hat came out from the kitchen carrying a piece of chocolate cheesecake

the voice belonged to Desmond Shannon Major General of the Space Marine Corps who took a seat with the others his plate and fork in hand his staff in his right hand lay next to him as the cards were waiting to be dealt

"Desmond?" Shugo asked turning his head to the new arrival... "It's been a while, how have you been keeping?" he asked offering a seat to the trench coated man "Of course you can join." He took his seat again and awaited Lester to deal the hand.

"i've been keeping real well friend coming and going going and coming every so often stopping to break bread with friends and catch up on old times

did you hear that Ranpha Franboise and i have been dating? it's been over a year now you know? and i feel it wont be too much longer before i'm ready to ask the ol question" he said as he took his seat

Lester was also amazed, we had a surprise guest among us and nobody got the info about it. "Alright Desmond, now its a party..." Right when Lester was about to deal out the cards, Desmond brought up the dating statement and paused for a moment, and a smile on his face.
"Ho ho ho! Desmond! Didn't know you had it ya lad! Hahaha... alright gentlemen the game is simple, 21 or Poker? If we had another player we could play Texas Hold Em."

yep she and i met on my last year as a U.S Marine before i was honorably discharged from service and have been hitting it off since

Lester smiled and gave out a hearty laugh. "Alright men, we play poker..." Lester shuffled the card once more before dealing them out. Once shuffled, the landed on the coffee table everyone was sitting right in front of. "Alright, play cards."

Shugo cracked his knuckles and looked down at his hand:

A Soldier walked up to Lester and bowed slightly. "General Cooldaras, General Miakadaze, the Wolf squadron will be boarding shortly." The Soldier walked off to the hanger quickly after speeking.
The wolf squadron were in their fighters and some in the dropship. The group approched the base.

The Dropship was first to enter the hanger, then the fighters entered two by two. They all landed in order and the soldiers started to get out of the vehicles. Nick was the last to get out and was the only one in armor but the others had weapons.

Realmcutter: well it looks like i'm not needed for this event

(looks at shugo's and lester's hands)

Realmcutter: muahahahahaha

"well whaddya waitin for Laughin boy a writtten invitatation let's see yer hand already!" he said calling realm's attention

dez however fights back against realm's exodia by revealing that the two aces weren't aces at all they were both blue eyes ultimate dragons he sacrficed onto slipher and obelisk to give them each 4500 attack

hehehehe realm.... he said with a sigh to say that you're in trouble is an understatement bub!

i sacrifice Slipher and obelisk with the power of the two blue eyes ultimate dragons attached to them to give power to RA giving him 9,000 attack
points 7,600 defense

dez used it and demolished Exodia in a heartbeat

(dez monkey flips realm off him and into the monitor

"hah! take this you sore loser!" (dez grabs the staff and raises it high in the air)

"spirit of ice i call your name obey thine master and come out now!"

a cold chill fills the air as the spirit of ice emerges from the staff

i hear and obey my master whatever his bidding shall be

spirit i think it's time to put this sore loser on ice to give him time to cool off awhile

i know just what to do master

then do it

{the spirit summons it's icy powers to put realm on ice by freezing him in arctic ice)

thank you spirit that should give that crybaby some time to chill while i take my winnings and head for other parts

(the spirit returns to the staff and everything returns to normal except for realm who remains frozen solid as dez takes the treasure he won from him and goes about on his way) to see lester and shugo)

Realm: (muffled by the ice) NNNooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
(starts slowly wriggling free of the ice)

Normad: what a baby! suprised an old man like you can't play cards, your a living hypocrite xd .
