Other: Because Darkstarr is a mixed-blood sidhe/tylwyth teg hybrid, he has a variety of powers that are different from "normal" vampires. He possesses the proportional strength and stamina of an olympic athlete, and the agility, balance, and reflexes of a cat. He can see in the dark like a feline, and he can hear sounds outside of the normal human hearing range. While he is a living creature, he heals exceptionally fast, and being a true immortal, the only way to kill him permanently is to totally destroy his physical form.
Additionally, Darkstarr has one unusual 'last resort' attack: Primal Chaos. As the name implies, he can conjure up a sphere of pure chaos energy and control it in a limited fashion, although doing so requires his full concentration and sustaining the conjured chaos is highly draining to his magical power.

*Being "bound by cold iron" means that the character must be restrained physically by something of pure iron (as opposed to steel or an alloy containing iron), whether it be a length of chain, shackles, or even an unbroken circle of iron filings. If Darkstarr is restrained in this fashion, his strength drops to human level, and he cannot use any of his magical powers. (Note that this does not mean that he is totally defenseless, however!)

Main Weapon: +6 Vorpal Ghost Touch Defending Deflecting Bladed Gauntlets of the Utterdark. (Usually uses a falchion, and not these, though he's in a tournement that he'd prefer to keep civil and not slay anyone.)
Side Weapons: Spell-like abilities, +3 Sure Striking(does not mean guaranteed hit, just means it bypasses a certain type of armor) Adamantine Gargantuan War Mace of Smiting, Fangs, Claws, Horns.

Weakness: Extreme phobia of butterflies... Incredibly sadistic when attempting to protect someone, to the point that even the one being rescued may intervene... Has an overly abundant fondness for rabbits... Overly easily distracted, and has an overly heightened sense of humor, and can be easily swayed with a joke...
Strengths: Mass Regeneration(pretty much a passive trait, but it's a bit higher of a potency than I think is allowed in this roleplay), Various Immunities. Healing spells, and divination, incapable of feeling physical pain aside from minor wounds. Can't change his weight when he changes his forms.Very High Spell Resistance. Surprisingly Agile.
Bio: Raised from a young age to be an adventurer, he was told how to do things differently from most others. He doesn't back down from a fight no matter the odds (He'll more than likely just regenerate himself back to health anyhow...). He'll likely keep better tabs on his team mate and heal them before himself, unless doing so would be tactically unsound. Has an odd fascination with with metallic weaponry, and usually does well in noticing their flaws and benefits. He usually doesn't use his War Mace in battle since he views it as an unfair advantage. He'll use his body before his weapons, and his words before action. He may seem like a nice person, and he may do nice things, but he's extremely evil. He utilizes pressure points to stimulate the nerves into making his opponents begin to laugh. He prefers to take an enemy out non-violently, but often, when he cannot persuade them, he has a hard time holding back his agression.
He grew up in the Abyss, and became the being he is today from working in Tartarus. He learns at a different rate than others, and can only slowly grasp his opponent's techinique, and then he may try and emulate it as a reflex. Arcane Magic has little to no effect on him, and divine magic works only slightly better. He now frequents the plane of Limbo, yet somehow managed to find the area of the tournement.
