To be honest, I was offended Stan. But I'll offer to help since I run my own guild, and it's active if you want to join (X).
-You could have some events (something related to Christmas like a giveaway or some sort of avatar dress-up contest)
-Something like the most active member of the month (to be honest counting each post is very frustrating, but hey, anything for the guild right?)
-Make the front page more exciting, pull people in with colors, more pictures, italics, something to bring it out from the rest of the other Inuyasha guilds
