Most of the story takes place at lunch, and the end of the day in reality signals the end of the lunch hour for that day. Conversations will end and be picked up again to ensure the drama doesn't die. You can say "remember what you said yesterday about. . . " and pick it up again, but you can't just start off where you last posted before you went to bed. It ends at Midnight central time (because I am central) Which is 10pm western, 11 mountain, and 1 am eastern. Just to make it consistent.
