Face is too plastic at my taste. I feel unpleasant emptyness at left top. All other looks perfect. I like the feeling of person.

Please don't post links. Use photobucket or flickr and post actual images, it makes it a lot easier to critique because then we can see the image as we comment.
Aside from that agree with Lince, this photo is seriously over-edited. Her face looks like a barbie's. It's not attractive at all. The shadow around the model looks really fake as well. Also that pose makes her look like she has no neck. I like how you highlighted the eyes and the sweater choice is really flattering but that pose/the crop/the bad editing just ruin this photo for me.
