"Seven years ago, I was born. Born... an odd word to use, but probably the most fitting besides the word most commonly used, cloned. I was cloned, modeled really, after a man named Jango Fett. I never met Jango Fett and never wanted to. We were made to take orders from whoever gives them to us. I, during the war, was a commander. I followed the Jedi, took orders from them. I watched many other Clones die beside me, and even Jedi die. None of it bothered me. I heard some of the Jedi say that maybe it was the way we were made. I am not sure about that, never cared. One day a new order came in. Order Sixty-Six. The order was one of one hundred and fifty orders. The order was to eliminate any Jedi who was acting against the interests of the Republic. Some of my brothers decided they too would act against the interests of the Republic. Now we hunt them and the remaining Jedi down. We have teamed up with a new group of Jedi. I am Clone Commander Robert. This is our Story."

Seven Years Before...

Mace Windu and other Jedi, Agen Kolar, Kit Fisto and Saesee Tiin, prepare to board a Jedi gunship to the Chancellor's office when Anakin Skywalker enters the hangar.
"Master Windu, I must talk to you." Anakin says.
"What is it, Skywalker? We are in a hurry. We have just received word that Obi-Wan has destroyed General Grievous. We are on our way to make sure the Chancellor returns emergency powers back to the Senate." Mace replies.
"He won't give up his power. I've just learned a terrible truth. I think Chancellor Palpatine is a Sith Lord." Anakin informs him.
"A Sith Lord?: Mace replies with question.
"Yes. The one we have been looking for." Anakin tells him.
"How do you know this?" Mace asks.
"He knows the ways of the Force. He has been trained to use the dark side." Anakin explains.
"Are you sure?" Mace says, making sure Anakin is not miss informed.
"Absolutely." Anakin assures him.
"Then our worst fears have been realized. We must move quickly if the Jedi Order is to survive." Mace tells him.
"Master, the Chancellor is very powerful. You will need my help if you are going to arrest him." Anakin explains.
"For your own good, stay out of this affair. I sense a great deal of confusion in you, young Skywalker. There is much fear that clouds your judgment." Mace informs him.
"I must go, Master." Anakin protests.
"No. If what you told me is true, you will have gained my trust, but for now remain here." Mace orders him.
"Yes, Master." Anakin says with a slight sadness.
"Wait for us in the Council Chamber until we return." Mace says.
"Yes, Master." Anakin agreeing. He then watches as the Jedi leave in their ship and heads off to the Council Chamber. In the Council Chamber Anakin looks out the window and thinks about everything that has happened, and what was said. He thinks of Padme and what Palpatine said. "I can't do this ... I can't let her die." Anakin says. He then rushes out of the Council Chambers and to his speeder. The hangar door opens and he lifts off.
The sky is still blue as a Jedi gunship lands on the Senate Office Building landing platform.
Four Jedi exit the Shuttle and enter the Senate Office Building. Mace Windu, Agen Kolar, Kit Fisto and Saesee Tiin, like gunfighters out of the Old West, walk through the massive hallway, four across. The four Jedi enter the lobby, raising their arms, and send the Chancellor's aide, Dar Wac, flying against the wall, along with two Republic Guards. They storm into the Chancellor's office.
"Master Windu. I take it General Grievous has been destroyed then. I must say, you're here sooner than expected." Palpatine says
"In the name of the Galactic Senate of the Republic, you are under arrest, Chancellor." Mace informs him. He then ignites his lightsaber and soon afterward so do the other Jedi.
"Are you threatening me, Master Jedi?" Palpatine asks.
"The Senate will decide your fate." mace tells him.
"I am the Senate!" Palpatine says with a burst of anger.
"Not yet!" Mace informs him.
Palpatine stands up from his chair, a lightsaber appears out of his cloak sleeve, and he spins toward the Jedi. He lands in front of them and says, " It's treason, then." He iginites his lightsaber and a battle starts. It doesn't take long for Palpatine to kill of the other three Jedi, leaving only Mace to fight alone. Jedi Master Mace Windu and the Sith Lord, Palpatine, fight their way down the hallway and into the main office area. Palpatine uses the Force to slam Mace against the wall, but Mace recovers before the Chancellor can cut him down.
Outside Anakin lands his speeder in front of the Office. He jumps off, and runs down a long corridor toward the Chancellor's office.
In the heat of battle, Mace cuts the window behind the Chancellor's desk, and it crashes away. Mace is forced out onto the ledge, which is twenty stories up. They fight over the precipice. Anakin arrives to see Palpatine and Mace fighting. They stop as Mace forces Palpatine to drop his lightsaber. Palpatine and Mace start yelling at each other.
"You are under arrest, My Lord." Mace tells Palpatine.
"Anakin! I told you it would come to this. I was right. The Jedi are taking over." Palpatine says looking at Anakin.
"You old fool. The oppression of the Sith will never return. Your plot to regain control of the Republic is over . . . you have lost . . ." Mace says without taking his eyes off Palpatine.
"No! No! You will die!" Palpatine says with a evil voice. He then raises his hands, and lightning bolts shoot out. They are blocked by Mace's lightsaber. Palpatine is pushed back against the window sill.
"He is a traitor, Anakin." Palpatine says hopping Anakin well listen.
"He's the traitor. Stop him!" Mace screams, still not taking his eyes off Palpatine.
"Come to your senses, boy. The Jedi are in revolt. They will betray you, just as they betrayed me." Palpatine says.
"Aarrrrggghhhhh . . ." Mace screams trying to keep the lighting coming from Palpatine under control.
"You are not one of them, Anakin. Don't let him kill me." Palpatine begs.
"Aarrrrggghhhhh . . ." Mace screams again.
"I am your pathway to power. I have the power to save the one you love. You must choose. You must stop him." Palpatine tells him.
"Don't listen to him, Anakin." Mace begs.
"Help me! Don't let him kill me. I can't hold on any longer. Ahhhhhhh . . . ahhhhhhh . . . ahhhhhhh . . ."
As Mace moves closer, the bolts from Palpatine's hands begin to arch back on him. The Chancellor's face begins to twist and distort. His eyes become yellow as he struggles to intensify his powers.
"I can't ... I give up. Help me. I am weak ... I am too weak. Don't kill me. I give up. I'm dying. I can't hold on any longer." Palpatine says.
"You Sith disease. I am going to end this once and for all." Mace tells him.
"You can't kill him, Master. He must stand trial." Anakin informs him.
"He has too much control of the Senate and the Courts. He is too dangerous to be kept alive." Mace counters.
"I'm too weak. Don't kill me. Please." Palpatine wines.
"It is not the Jedi way . . ." Anakin reminds Mace. Mace raises his lightsaber to kill the Chancellor. "He must live . . ."
"Please don't, please don't . . ." Palpatine begs more.
"I need him . . ." Anakin says. The words echo inside his head.
Mace Windu stops and slightly looks at Anakin. "You need him?" Mace questions.
"I . . . " Anakin says trying to come up with the answer fully.
In that moment Palpatine sees his moment and lighting comes from his fingers once again and at Mace. Mace is barely able to move his lightsaber down to block the attack. It gets his right arm and hand a bit forcing Mace to back up. Once he does Palpatine stops with the lighting and gets up.
"Thank you Anakin." Palpatine says.
Anakin says nothing. He isn't sure what has just happened.
"Anakin." Palpatine says. "As Chancellor I demand that you help me remove this traitor from my office."
Ankin looks up at Palpatine and then Mace.
"Anakin? He is a Sith. He is using you. He was using all of us. He used everyone to get where he is. He is the traitor." Mace reminds Anakin.
Anakin pulls out his lightsaber. His mind is racing. "Chancellor Palpatine . . ." Then it hits Anakin. The whole time Mace had Palpatine pinned to the floor he was waiting for Anakin to save him. He was never in danger. Mace was right. Keeping him alive was too risky. Like General Gervious. "I am sorry . . . but you must die."
"Then you have betrayed me too." Palpatine tells him. "You have also betrayed Padme."
Anakin's mind went crazy. In siding with the Jedi, for what he believed was right, did he doom Padme? Could he live with himself if he joined Palpatine in order to save her? Then her face cleared it all up. If he joined Palpatine to save Padme she would never forgive him and he would lose her for sure. Maybe though he could find another way. Obi-Wan . . . could he help?
"I . . ." Anakin said. "I'll have to live with her death if it means bring peace to the force."
Palpatine's face twisted up in anger and so did his voice. "Then you both will die!"

The battle was over pretty fast leaving only one man still standing, Palpatine. He walked over to his desk. His plans were almost all destroyed. This was the first time this had happened in a very long time, but he still had back-up plans. He always did. He had been planning on taking Anakin from the first day he had felt him in the force. He had sent Darth Maul to remove one of the two Jedi who would have later guarded Anakin. If Maul would have failed then it would have been a lot harder for Palpatine to meet with Anakin without one of the two Jedi undoing what Palpatine had done. Also with both Jedi, Anakin would never have alone time with Padme. However Maul almost did too good of a job when he almost eliminated both Jedi. Palpatine could not have that because then Anakin would have never been trained. Even though Anakin was dead now, it wasn't a total lose. Anakin had done a lot to help Palpatine. One by one Palpatine gives each Clone Commander an Order. Order Sixty-Six. Some of them follow this order and kill their Jedi General. Others try but fail, dying instead. Some even refuse to do it. Palpatine sends Clones to the Jedi temple to kill all the Jedi there. Many Die but Palpatine knows that it's not as much as if Anakin would have been with them. Later though he uses Anakin one last time. He would have been more useful Alive but his death did not go to waste. Palpatine got some Clone Troopers to go to Padme's apartment. They informed her that there had been an attack on other senators lives and that she was to leave right away for her own safety. She followed, not sure what else to do. Later, Palpatine went to the senate and told them all that the Jedi had attacked him. He even went as far to tell them that Anakin had been sent to spy on him the whole time, and that they burned his face when they went to kill him. He was lucky for the Clone Troopers who saved his life, but how the Jedi had tricked some Clone Troopers into joining their side. He even told them that when his Clone Troopers went to the Jedi Temple they were met with violence. They ate out of his hand. Soon a new plan would be unfolding.

It had been hard to keep Padme for the few days it took before she gave birth to her two babies. She named them Luke and Leia. Soon afterward Palpatine killed her. He would raise the children in secret. They would be his Sith. Palpatine believed in the rule of two but he also believed that if none of the other Sith could find him he would not have to worry to a point. He had a back up Sith in the waits, in case things went the way they did. His name was Darth Nova. He was an Miraluka. Palpatine had taken him right before he had sent Maul to help on Naboo. He would have sent Darth Nova to the Jedi Temple with his Clones in place of Anakin but he didn't want the Jedi to know about his Sith Lord as much as possible. It may have sounded silly to anyone else, seeing how he had to believe that the Jedi knew now that if Mace attacked Palpatine, that Palpatine would have been a problem and if they didn't they would have known when they Clones attacked. The thing Palpatine was hopping for was that they would believe the rule of two. That they would believe Palpatine could not have another apprentice yet. Palpatine was going to change that even more. He sent out Darth Nova on a mission. One he hopped would be very useful. Darth Nova had been sent to Mustafar. Anakin had been sent here to kill off the loose ends of Palpatine's work. Darth Nova was too but there was a second mission that wasn't useful when Anakin was around. Darth Nova was to get all the information that they had on General Grievous. When Darth Maul was defeated Palpatine had planned on turning him into General Grievous, though he would not have been called that. However Maul was bitter, in raged, by being defeated. You see Maul was not killed. He managed to slow himself down before hitting the bottom. Palpatine sent droids to find him and bring him back. When Palpatine talked to Maul he knew that all Maul wanted was Obi-Wan to die by his hands. So Palpatine gave him the same type of legs Gerivious had, or would have, and sent him on his hunt after Obi-Wan. Palpatine kept giving Maul information to help him find Obi-Wan but in Maul's rage he never relieved that the information given to him wasn't right. It would in fact slow him down. This was all in the hopes that Anakin would never be put in the meddle or that Obi-Wan would be killed too soon. Even when he sent Count Dooku and Asajj Ventress, or even General Grievous after Obi-Wan and Anakin he always kept a close eye on the evens to make sure that no matter what happened none of them would die before their time. With the new data made to improve the now dead General Grievous in the hands of Darth Nova he only had one order left. Without saying a word from the moment he entered the room, but for 'Data' he killed each one of them within moments. He wasn't as strong or fast as Anakin but he was loyal and talented. He could have never killed Anakin head on but he could have won if he stayed in the Shadows or attacked Anakin without warning. Despite that this men were nothing. In no time he left the room with the information and boarded his ship. He walked over the the front and pushed a few buttons.
"Lord Sidious." Darth Nova said. "I have the data." He then put it inside the computer and started to send it.
"Good." Palpatine said. "Begin your next mission."
Darth Nova nodded and once the data was sent he took off.
Sidious with his new data began new plans. He had cloners, he had droids, and now he had this data. He did not want to use the droids yet. Not until he could explain that he found it and that it wasn't him that made them but until then he would keep making them. The more he had the better. Just like the Clones who were being made now. All in a hidden place on Coruscant.

Darth Nova did almost the same thing Count Dooku did. He went out to a Planet far away and got people to fight. The winner would be trained. It didn't matter if they had force powers or not. The ones that didn't would be made Generals and given an army of Clones. Mattering on their skill, their hate, their loyalty and a few other things mattered what happened next. If they were very loyal, and hated the Jedi, Sidious would sometime make their plane crazy but keep them alive, just badly hurt. He would then give them the choice of never being able to fight again or becoming mostly droid. Most choice the droid and soon Sidious had an Army that brought fear into everyone. Each General had a kill-safe inside them. Meaning if they turned on Sidious he would be destroyed with a command. The Force users Darth Nova found were trained but Darth Nova, who also trained the Generals. The Generals did not take long to train, because they did not need force training, but just lightsaber training. If they failed Nova would send them on a mission that would be a total failure. Some of the Generals would help train the new Sith. To the public they would be known a the New Order. At first this did not go over will but Sidious fixed that when he got his new order to save some very important people that he secretly put in danger with the droids he had built.
Sidious however did not let Darth Nova train many Sith. He would only be aloud to train ten. Once the one of the ten was ready he would leave and another would take his place but only ten would be aloud to be out doing missions minus two so that there would only be twenty Sith, including Darth Nova and Darth Sidious. The true was the Luke and Leia were the two. Sidious would always be the main. He also planned on getting Luke and Leia to kill off all the other Sith once they were no use anymore andthen for their final test kill one another to see who the apprentice, but that wasn't for some years. They were only seven now. Both showed so much skill and promise. As for the Jedi, they had kept hidden for the most part but Darth Nova had sent his students to their deaths to find them and had found a lot of them. They had started a small rebellion, but it was on the out rim which kept Sidious safe for now.
