How to Apply
You should fill out the application below and post it in this thread. If you are approved to become a crew member, the captain will then delete it. Should you reconsider at any time, all you have to do is delete your post (you can do this by clicking on the "x" button after the "edit" button directly above your post). All applications will be processed first-come, first-serve. You are welcome to apply even if there aren't any openings at that time.

Crew Members are assigned ten Members to watch. They are required to check their members once a week for activity by seeing if their Guild post count has gone up and posting that weeks totals in the Weekly Posting thread in the Crew subforum.
Crew Members are not allowed to suspend or ban anyone without a Vice Captain's being made aware and consulting with the Crew Member. However, they are able to warn their Members. They cannot give warnings to Members belonging to other Crew Members, Vice Captains, or the Captain. They should contact the appropriate Guild administration.
Crew Members are not allowed to accept New Member Applications.
Their Boss
Just like every Member is assigned to a Crew Member, every Crew Member is assigned to a Vice Captain, and the Crew Members should contact that Vice Captain when they need to suspend or ban a member. This Vice Captain will be in charge of making sure that the Crew Member is doing their duties and posting once a week.
Voting
Crew members are required to read all Guild announcements and to vote in all Guild Stickies posted in the Crew Subforum. They should not vote in the Stickies in the Main Forum as those are specifically for Members.

Basically, you have to check to make sure everyone is posting weekly like they are suppose to, posting whether or not they have been, and taking action with a Vice Captain (VC)'s approval when the member does something wrong. However, crew members are still rather low on the guild administration pyramid, being only one step above member. You cannot action without a VC's okay, not even if a member isn't posting like they should, but it's more like a nod of approval. It's still your job to do.
You are no longer allowed to vote in the Main Forum, but you are required to vote in the Crew Subforum (since everything in the Main Forum has already pasted through the subforum, you should have already voted on anything in the Main Forum). You no longer report to a Crew Member but to a VC.
