I haven't... But some friends of mine are trying to tell me it's pretty good. I'm holding out and watching other stuff though ^^;

It's supposed to be like Sailor Moon but more flyffy.

It's a bit different than sailor moon, since it's bishonen. The focus is on the heroine and a group of guys instead of an all-girl team of scouts. It's a really short series, about 4 books and 13 eps long. Though to really get into the story you should see both the manga & the anime. They follow slightly different storylines but each covers material the other didn't.

I have the anime fansubbed it's okay I like the bad guy in it I can't remember the characters names though since I watched it so long ago.
