This pretty much sums it up.
The election is pretty pointless at the moment. Not only that, but barely anyone is going to vote, and it will be a massive renunciation of the plan to have the next election when activity picked up.
So, what we decided on was to postpone the election until January, and to appoint Comrades Kotka and Pury as Moderator-Commissars in the period from now until the election.
This needs a formal vote, of course, so here it is.
