To be honest, I have trouble deciding a favorite weapon, as they all have their advantages.
Though for my cosplay, I'm wanting to make Xigbar's guns that will actually combine into the rifle.
I also have a to scale Lexicon (Courtesy my roommate) prop.
Tis a box.

Roxas's Keyblade.
-magical AND physical weapon
-puts itself away
-I just like the idea of PWNing someone with a blunt object.
or, if we're not counting him 'cause he left, I'll go with Xemnas's... umm... lightsabers.

Supposedly the Keyblade is sharp (hence the 'blade'). Though I still find it funny to beat baddies with an oversized house-hold item. Heheh, Aerial Blades cut anything. Laaazzzeeeerrrz.

XD but...why do they call it the key "blade" ....it unlocks things and you BEAT people with it...not cut...have you ever seen a scene in any of the games where sora or roxas leave a scar on someone? Riku's keyblade IS a keyblade

There hasn't been any where he leaves visible scarring, but then again, they removed all blood from the English release (save for the blood on the medallion), despite there wasn't much to begin with.
However, they have had scenes of Sora cutting things, but also busting things. Perhaps a feature of the Keyblade is that it alters it's sharpness for it's current purpose.
A possible showing of the Keyblade's sharpness might be Braig. He didn't have Xigbar's scarring, but he does get into a fight with Terra. Won't know for sure if that's the cause until the game is released, but it's a possibility. If so, then it shows that Keyblades (or at least Terra's) are sharp.
There's also a thing of not all swords are razor sharp, but they do still cut.

Ummm...my favorite weapon is...Demyx's sitar!!! I loves Demy! blaugh heart blaugh Therefore, I loves his weapon! Besides his, I like Marluxia's scythe! It's got pretty flowers! whee

Saix and Lexaeus' weapons are awesome because you could crush skulls with them. Badass!

...I just had an idea. I've yet to see a Xaldin cosplayer with all six lances. What if somebody had all six, but they were tiny little keychains on a ring? xd Heheheh.
Or have five people dress in black cover suits and carry them around.
