I'm pretty sure I am the first to make an elemental chart EXACTLY like this, but I dunno. This isn't in the science section because it is more based off of basic philosophy then it is science.

Aristotle believed in the four elements of nature. It's a very logical chart for something hard to explain.

That all the red lines point to nature seems to imply all elements are opposite of nature.

I agree with you on this; the word "Nature" has an unfortunate place in the diagram. If you saw past it, it would be water is the opposite of fire and air is the opposite of earth. Nature is in the middle because it is the combination of all the elements.
