I helped where I could and have been watching.
The overall quality of the guild is improving and as such, I don't find I have much else to do.
A lighter touch here and there by the higher ups would definitely be helpful, but a leopard can't change its' spots.
....Not without interference, anyways. And so, I'll remain lurking and such, until the next clean up I 'spose.
