Don't ask people to come up with a character for you. It won't really be your character if other people write his entire backstory for you.

1) Why is his name Weirdo? Nobody names their kid that. Is it a nickname? Did he come up with it himself?

2) Go into more detail with his power. "Creating and doing the unexpected" is far, far too broad.

3) What is his secret power? Even if no one in-universe knows, you should know what it is and how it works. Also, how does he know that he has this power if he's never used it? Heck, how does he know it's so horrible?

4) Why doesn't he fear anything but his own secret power? Is he (completely unrealistically) brave, too dull to figure that he should be afraid of things, or just plain nuts?

5) On the topic of backstory, how did he get his powers? That's generally a good place to work from.

I can ask questions, but it's your character, you really have to decide these things for yourself.
