The series I've seen is called The Buccaneers which is a pretty good. But I never knew that it was based from a novel book and I think the era in the story is dated back in 1873.

You can watch it on youtube. The person who has it is name Greaylady, and I think she had more other good ones on her list.

Firelight (don't know whats that about.)

Also I was looking at other movies on some sites in stores (walmart)

To my mind, the most lovely ones :
~ Sweeney Todd
~ Alice In Wonderland
~ Mary Poppins (okay it's nine years after the victorian era... but who the ******** counts that... wink

Then there are of course lots of other ones (not as lovely as those above, but quite nice too)
~ Pride and Prejudice
~ From Hell
~ Wuthering Heights (don't watch the movie, read the book!)
~ Jane Eyre (again, read the book, the Bronte sisters are splendid!)

and so on and so on...
