It really varries from person to person. Cold Pasta usually works for me.

Sometimes sweet tea helps for me.

If you boil a pot of black tea on your stove, chill it in the refrigerator overnight. Then pour some into a glass, adding an amount of sugar you wish to have, and then put in a few ice cubes.

I recommend if it is menstrual cramps to go lay down in a hot bath or lay down with a heating pad on you. If you want something to relax you and sedate you while you ride it out, try a tea with valerian root or chamomile in it.

If you have stomach cramps from eating a lot of food, or eating too much rich food (like nutella) then I suggest taking some pepto-bismol or any other charcoal-based medicine to calm your stomach and drink a lot of water to start flushing out your system from the overload.

Good luck!

Now this helps.
