ok specially so we dont have random awesomely strong arrancars, ... were gonna have to develope a roster as well, or else everyone would be an Arrancar with the strength to take on a captain

ok there are 6 levels of arrancers
Espada- stronger than captain
1st. lvl able to take on a captain
2nd. stronger than a vice captain but weaker than a captain
3rd. as strong as a vice captain,
4th. stronger than a 3rd seat but weaker than a vice captain
5th.as strong as a 3rd seat
every arrancer shall start off as a 5th lvl arrancer
then there will be the exeptional espada members which will be stronger than captains (or normal captains should i say)
the espada members will be chosen by either the one in charge of the arrancars or if that person isnt present just us captains, as well as for the level advancements
