Time for some good, clean pun.
A pun can be described as a humorous play on words. Usually, they rely on similar sounding words or phrases that are confused for humorous or clever effect. Puns are usually better when spoken aloud, since they sometimes rely heavily on pronunciation. But they can still be typed to get the point across.
Most people hate puns. But not me. I love them, no matter how stupid or groan-worthy the may be.
In fact, I love puns so much, that I'm holding my own miniature pun contest! Make up a pun, post it here, and potentially win some gold from me!
The catch? It must be about or somehow related to video games. We don't get as many video game puns around here as we used to. I want to see what you've got!

RULES:
arrow Keep your entries clean. I won't accept anything above a PG-13 rating. Slight sexual references and minor swears are acceptable. Anything beyond that will win nothing but my eternal disgust.
arrow I judge the entries. Don't argue with me about my tastes and verdicts. The rewards come from my own pockets, after all.
arrow Make up the puns yourselves. I will know if you stole one from somewhere.
arrow I am free to add new things here whenever I want. If the new rule is very important, I will announce it.
Nothing here should be too oppressive, but if something here bugs you, talk to me about it. Be civilized, though.

Guidelines:
I will be the judge of any and all puns posted here. We can discuss other things here if you want, as long as this thread's primary function remains intact. In this post, I will explain how I will be judging your entries.
arrow I must understand your joke the first time around. If it takes a little while to sink in, that's fine. No outside research should be necessary to understand it.
arrow Check your spelling. If I can't understand what you are saying, how can you win? Don't use text-talk or anything of the sort, unless your punchline depends on it.
arrow Don't explain the joke. Explaining jokes always ruins them. I don't care how clever your entry was. If you explain it, you get nothing. The only explanations that are allowed are stories that lead up to a punchline. Those can be as long or as short as you want. The pun in my poll is a good example of an acceptable story leading up to a punchline.
arrow Since I must understand the joke the first time around, there is a chance that if you reference a game that I am not familiar with, I won't get it. That is a problem on my part, but you won't get any gold if I don't get it. That shouldn't be a problem, though. Post anything you want to post. It can't hurt. Just don't make the subject matter too obscure.
arrow The pun in question doesn't have to be laugh-out-loud funny to win the maximum amount of gold. I'm looking for cleverness too. If it is clever enough, I will reward you handsomely.

Unfazed= Nothing
Smile= 100 gold
Smirk= 500 gold
Laugh/Groan= 2000 gold
The values might go up or down in the future, depending on how much gold I have on me at the time. Special theme and giveaway contests may also occur in the future. Those will be announced.

Requiem of the Exodus: A noble effort, but nothing yet. The pause is a bit jarring and awkward. Bit of a stretch. Try again, you've got pure prolific punster promise!

Chrono: Sorry administratorman. That's too much of a stretch. It's creative, though. Try again.
Brawlmaster just earned 100 gold. Great idea, but the presentation could have been better.
Perhaps "Ganondorf's political conquest fell though, so he decided to Triforce" would have been better.
I just came up with one of my own!

I award myself 100 gold for a not-so-creative idea that is more obvious when written than said.

Jeff is on his way in the Sky Runner to meet Ness and Paula. But as his scared thoughts of taking the wrong turn and going into space or hitting another planet came to him, he realized he couldn't do that even if he tried. He was Earthbound.
