I'm clearly not psychotic, but I was called psycho in school. Here's why. When I had more than I can take of being picked on, I would scream and yell at my harrassers. What do you suppose I would really have been diagnosed with? I suppose anxiety would be one and maybe some paranoia.

Some of them would accuse me of doing it for no reason at all, which never happened. I had school councilors and the like and also in school suspension. I rarely ever hit anybody back then. I don't get that mad so easily now or if I do I don't react as much.

It's clear noone knew what the real meaning of the word was and also that being psychotic is nothing to be made fun of or have any stigma against.

I'm in College and people still call me Psycho. stare

But I just laugh it of and say yup I am psychotic what of it?

That usualy makes them feel really imbaresed. blaugh

This might sound silly but I'd rather call myself crazy than mentally ill. It just sounds less serious I guess.

Prince, I wouldn't think it's really paranoia or anxiety, because that would mean you are like, all paranoid that they are plotting against you and everything, you probably know what it means. So I'd think if you were yelling at people for calling you "Psycho" and/or yelling at them for no reason, I think it would just be having a short-temper. It's normal, if people starting calling me that I would do the same, and I have a prety short temper. But I'm not a super whiz on knowing stuff like that, so I could be wrong. But I think it's a logical reasonable guess that it's just short-temper. 3nodding
