a nice office with 2 desks. one for the vice captain and another for the captain, every now and then greed passes by to dump his paper work onto the vice capains desk

Tempest walked into the room, looking at his new office. Of course that was cut short by the stack of papers on his desk.

Greed came in bringing a new desk "YO, tempest come here... let me introduce you to*drum roll* the 3rd seats desk.. this is where YOU stack papers on the 3rd seats desk..." Greed smiled "since hes an officer, he should have his own desk and be filing some paperwork as well, wouldn't you agree?"
(disregard any randomness.. i just graduated and am too tired to fix or do anything at all... but i still have to do courses over the summer cus i went to the graduation but failed 2 courses which i gotta make up oh well.. at least i didn't fail the year right???)

 Niomi enters the room holding a stack of papers in her arms. The stack was so high it reached a inch beyond her head that she couldn't even see where she was going. She plops it down on the desk that Greed had just set down with a thud. "Now Tempest! I would like you to take care of those for me!" she demanded pointing at the stack of paper with one hand and the other rested on her waist.

Tempest has already finished packing up and started to walk out, until he met Blues that is.
"Oh hey there Blues. Greed got some work for you. *Points at the 3rd seat desk which has a mountain of paperwork.* Well... See ya around. If you need me I'll be in the 13th squad office. Hehehe."

Blues rolled his eyes as Tempest walked out of the room and headed over to the desk"Tch paperwork I didn't even do that back at squad 12.." He thought about it as he eyed the tower like stack of papers on the desk. " Crap... But who knows what the captain's gonna do if this isn't done .. Maybe he won't noti-" As Blues started to lean against the desk he tipped over the large stack of papers scattering them across the room "No!No!No!Noooo! Craaaaaap!"

Greed walked in "GOOD NEWS BLUES!!!" he proclaimed as he walked into the room, and somehow not noticing the papers... or maybe just not caring "YOUR GETTING PROMOTED, YOU GET A RAISE AND MORE AUTHORITY, AND NOW WE NEED A 3RD SEAT" he then looked at the papers on the floor "oh dear, we cant have that now can we,... who ever is 3rd seat is gonna get it now... speaking of which , whos 3rd seat?" he then started to think "i got an idea, how about we recruite one of the students in the academy and force them to pick this up, that sounds like a great idea!!! dont you think so vice captain blues?"

((Since I'm going to be third seat now, Im gonna shove myself in this))
With a 'fwish fwish' of her uniform, Kima, newly made 3rd seat of squad 2, poked her head in the office. She spotted a mess (by what had to be her desk) Greed, and some dude she didn't know. The smile she'd been wearing about ahving her own desk vanished, and she attempted to sneak out of the room before somebody noticed the 3rd eat had arrived to be lackey.

kicks the other guy out specially since he was already made captain "dammit, now what, i gues il be having two new students join soon, hopefully a third, il make kire a fourth seat, and that girl kima , whos trying to run away right now, il just leave her at 3d seat for now, lets not get too hasty now" appears in front of kima "now listen and listen well, i am Greed, yes the infamous captain of the 2nd squad, BUT you already know that, but i still have to say this speech because of the rules, "shows the rules " ANYWHO you obey my commands and the commands of those officers higher rank than you WITHIN THIS SQUAD, you are part of the execution squad, within this squad you pertain only to this squad, giving you the privilege to ignore any given comman from any other captain or officer from other squads, is that clear?"

Kima blinked at him, now wearing a pair of huge goofy glasses and a big nose connected to a bushy brown mustache. "Im not Kima!" She said, in a burly voice, already knowing how badly this was going to fail. "Im...uh... uhh... " She made a face, trying to decide who she was, when,with a klank, the darn glasses fell off, everything else with it. "Aw s**t...." She grumbled, looking down at it with a look of annoyance, and back up at Greed sheepishly. "I though we already went over this, you want respect, you earn it, otherwise I'll only do what i want. " She patted his chest and looked over at the mess by her desk, sighing as she went over and began to clean it up, grumbling the entire time.

greed laughed a bit when he noticed the glasses and watched them fall off "oh i know but still have to tell you that kind of stuff just in case i forget to say it later.." then when she walked over to her desk and started to clean stuff up he gasped "NOOOONONONONONO you have this ll wrong.. if you are a 3rd seat, that means that you are an officer, if your an officer you can order troops around, if you can order troops around you can tell them to do the paperwork for you and they will be obligated to do so" Greed smiled
"SOOOOOOO go get someone to do it for you, that will be lesson number one of being an officer" Greed went to his desk and sat down and started to take care of some paperwork "cant neglect my duties forever, i gotta do them at some point"

Kima eyed him in a 'oh really' kind fo way, but that was smashed with the knowledge that there weren't any other below he, not that she knew of anyway. "What others are there, exactly?" She asked, eyebrow raised, as she lugged the last of the now unsorted pages on her desk. Her shoulders sagged as she looked about the mess, beginning to sort it out.
