I am in the middle of learning Esperanto. The best way to really learn a language is to teach what you know, so if anyone wants to learn Esperanto I would love to be your tutor.

Lernu is the best place to learn the language, but it's so big, so if you need help navagating the site, I can give you some tips, but the best thing to do is learn the basics on that site first:

The basics covers the alphabet, but I found this list to be more helpful in learning the sounds of each letter

On Lernu you should also do La puzlo Esperanto, make sure its on Firefox.
