Ok guys I got a bit of a fix here. I'm going to college to be an actor. Which
2 years away but I'm really thinking about this. What school should I go to?
Stony Brook University - Department of Theatre Arts: Located in New York
California State University, Long Beach
Emory University -Atlanta, Georgia, school. (I can meet alot of you guys if I go here)
My primary concerns are crime rate saftey/major Racism.

Honestly, you should look up each college and see which one has the best acting program. Also what kind of actor to do you want to me? Like a broadway actor, or a movie actor? But that's awesome that you know what you want to do. I'm going to college next year and I have no idea what to do. Dx

thanks biggrin they said new york is good and has a far lower crime rate than la. I dont wanna have to worry about my futre lamborghini being stolen in la at a red light. rofl also I'd love to do reality tv shows like mysthbusters, mail call, and bonnie hunt. i reall would love to play in movies though. So I'd be hanging more twords a movie actor.
Also oh theirs gotta be something you want to do. biggrin Whats your passion? What do you love the most. Oh think like this...Later in your future what could you see yourself doing or being like? Rich powerful, Maybe middle class, Dont choose in the ghetto! rofl

No prob. But I think New York would be best. You could maybe get into Juliard! lol. ((sp? Dx))
Well I love to design stuff and work with my hands but I honestly would love to do something that would relate to anime or manga in someway cuz I big passion for that or even something in fashion maybe or something with design with computers....I don't know! Dx ugh! >.<

oh alright their ya go! In that case take a colledge that handles computers/ fine arts too. So you can learn how to make animations for anime and mangas. You can also use your love for desighning to make awsome coustomues and special like expensive art in wich I'd buy, rofl
You can do what ever you set your mine too. Just put lot of work into it and success is a guarantee.

Yeah just look up the info you want to know about, and see if that college is the one you want to go to. i get so many things in the mail about college's lately. and none of them are the college's i want to go to. i got something about an art school in Kansas, i'm not going to Kansas, and one about Rhode Island.

My dream college cost $27,000 annual, i need some major scholarships for that. it's a private art college, and it's supposed to be a really good one.
