How active do you feel they are? Very active

How helpful are they when faced with an issue? I dont remember how he responded to the last drama so I really dont know.

On a scale of 1-10 (1 being lowest) how would you rate their performance thus far?6. He runs the advertising committee. Except he hasnt posted in there since Oct 10th soo....that doesnt really mean much. And he hasnt contacted the people in the comittee to try to get anything done. He doesnt act inapropriate in drama though so thats good. And he took over for Mose as GM which was really helpful, though I dont think that was much of a crew thing.

Are you satisfied with their performance?Not really. He hasnt done much to help get the guild more active. He's head of the Advertising Committee but doesnt do anything with it and we could def use more advertising.

What things do you feel they could do to better serve the guild? Start doing stuff with the advertising comittee, or try to find someone else to take over who will do advertising.


Name: Crew in general

How active do you feel they are? You all seem very active in the guild, however besides Insom, not very active at all in crew matters Didnt you all agree to post in every single crew thread even if you had nothing to say, you would at least acknowledge reading it? No one has posted in Roy's thread and thats been up for ages, only 2 people posted in the latest masquerade thread. Insom is the only one I've seen actively trying to work out the Masquerade. Granted I'm not some crazy all-seeing being so maybe I'm wrong.

How helpful are they when faced with an issue? LOL. The only issue I know of was the guild merging and that was a giant mess. And the guild being dead and nothing really has been done about that since the drama.

On a scale of 1-10 (1 being lowest) how would you rate their performance thus far? 3? All you have done that I can see is cause crazy drama. I give you a 3 because you run GM apps but....even those arent up to scratch. Arent we supposed to be doing GM apps DURING the game, not waiting until after? Having weeks between games isnt good.

Are you satisfied with their performance?
Not really. They can maintain the guild but they arent FIXING it. They tried a few things to make the guild more active - petitions, merging forums, but then they always back out. Nothing is being done. I know some people believe the guild isnt dead...but we had 6 threads made last week D: Thats not a lot imo. Some forums go days without posts. I'm counting every single post every day now and its not many The crew was put in charge, imo, to keep the guild active and alive. What have they done to accomplish that? Nothing. That makes them a fail as a crew in my eyes.

What things do you feel they could do to better serve the guild? ANYTHING D: Be active in trying to make the guild more active, make changes, do parties or whatever, try ANYTHING to make the guild more active and STICK TO IT. Dont always p***y out. Dont just give up if some people get pissed.

As someone who makes it a point to post in every kroo thread, with Three exceptions (Which are all threads that NOBODY posted in.) , I felt the bolded part of this was really unfair.

The first one I posted was just an evaluation that reminded me about the advertising comitte, I place where I OBVIOUSLY dropped the ball. Sent out a PM to those comittee people, though.

I would like to say that any evaluations saying that Insom is inactive are silly because I think she's pretty active.

my evals mostly say i'm inactive and don't run GM apps. Which is funny cause my turn to run them hasn't come up yet according to the thread. Sure i'm inactive, I'm busy and having the label of "Kroo Member" hasn't exactly been a pat on the back, and more of a "omg you shithead fix me".

So yeah, I've been inactive because of school and distaste.

I've also got evals saying I should be increasing activity, but everyone probably got one of those.

I would like Kroo to show opinions rather than act as a whole and act before asking everybody. I have also switched to the view that the skype chat is wrong, and the Kroo forum should be unlocked. If you don't want people to think you aren't doing anything, don't do it where no one can see it. The skypechat is overused for big things and threads aren't posted in and stuff gets bitched over because not everyone knows.

I'm coming to the idea that Kroo is shiny-moderator buttons and pressure, and I really don't need shiny-mod buttons to improve the guild on my own schedule.

And I am wondering if I should put my spot up for election.

First off, I don't agree with the eval that says I'm the most active in crew matters, because most of crew is pretty active in responding.

Are you satisfied with their performance? Yes. They are the only crew member I see trying to get stuff done. She's the only one who seems to even care about the Masquerade anymore and its not even her thing! She's always looking for help to get s**t done but no one ever seems to offer help bc the rest of crew fails

What things do you feel they could do to better serve the guild? Not try to take everything on her shoulders and have the rest of crew do their fair share. But she cant force crew to wrk, thats Toastie's job.

How helpful are they when faced with an issue? Helpful I guess, I don't know, I know she does stuff.

Are you satisfied with their performance? Sure

How active do you feel they are? She's active in Crew and the guild.

How helpful are they when faced with an issue? She is a little quiet, but she gets stuff done and is helpful.

Are you satisfied with their performance? Mhmm.

Do more? Again, I can't say for any one person.

How active do you feel they are? Probably the most active member on kroo.

How helpful are they when faced with an issue? Somewhat helpful. Possibly too sensitive.

On a scale of 1-10 (1 being lowest) how would you rate their performance thus far? 8

Are you satisfied with their performance? Yes. Insom has been consistently active, and is constructive and flexible in the way she conquers guild issues.

What things do you feel they could do to better serve the guild? Take things less seriously- Just because someone says something that sounds particularly harsh does not mean that person had a bad day/ is being unlike their normal selves.

I don't even remembering saying something like that except on my crew app, way back on why a person might be trolling or attacking others personally. :/ As for sensitive, I was super stressed around the same time the merge happened but actually being sensitive to what people say... I'd have to care again.

Gonna agree with the idea that evals really didn't help much at all.
