Materials: cotton floral fabric that i got for my birthday and maybe a bit of lace to make it look nice.
The easiest part of this project: i have a tute to go off of
The hardest part of this project: making it look good (tucked in seams and little things like that that i forget t do)

yay! its done. overall i like it. 3nodding
here it is. sorry the pictures didn't turn out well. my camera doesn't work very well. (but it works none the less)
i plan on wearing it to school soon, but first i need to make something that matches. i have lots of fabric left but idk if its enough for a full-out skirt. maybe i can get it dome in time for christmas (sad to say, this is as christmas-y as my fabric can get right now...it has green, red, and white. whee )
