III. Settings and Background/Profile SkeletonLong ago, in this kingdom, Hyrule lived in a Golden Age. The land was prosperous and blessed. But then suddenly, from the ancient desert came a man, the King of Thieves. He sought a Golden Power that this land protected.
And the Golden Power fell into his hands.
And at his will, darkness spread across the kingdom, and all was in his grasp. The hope of people began to die as it was eaten away by the evil.
As the last bit of light and hope was being consumed, a boy clothed in green appeared as if from nowhere. He wielded the sword of Evil's Bane and sealed the dark one away. He traveled through time and was known as the Hero of Time. But with the breath of the wind and time, he faded into legend....
The Kingdom of Hyrule is troubled. Natural disasters, rumors of war, civil unrest, and many other problems harass the land. The Royal Knights of Hyrule, under the direct rule of King Hyrule himself, are in charge of maintaining peace within the borders of the kingdom and preventing any chaos from escalating. AND YOU ARE ONE OF THEM!

IV. Rules-Obey all Gaia ToS.
-Obey all guild rules
-Respect all mods and role-players.
-Please be literate! ! ! Please write to the best of your abilities. And no
short posts! Please make them at least 4 sentences long, if possible.
-Keep all content PG-16.
-NPC's, we're all going to interact with them, but if more than one person is using a NPC, please make them fit! READ ALL POSTS!
-Only NPC's not allowed are any deities, you may make references to them, but please, don’t make them intervene in this story. And be creative when you reference them. There are more deities than just the three goddesses.
-King Hyrule is the only NPC under my control.
-Romance....is allowed. But as soon as clothes begin to come off, either 1.Take it to PMs with your hunny, or, 2.ask for a time lapse. Although, if your having a romance with an NPC, tough luck.
-Keep profanity to a minimum if possible.
-Remember, this is a dark role-play, it should be dark (Ganon's return, a flood, no hero, yeah...). Keep in mind, many of us WILL DIE. But don't worry or get depressed right now, there will be light and comical parts in this story.
-If making any reference , or unclear about anything, don't hesitate to PM me or any mods with questions. Allusions are ENCOURAGED!
-NO GOD MODING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-Stay alert! You maybe asked to play an entirely different character in some chapters.....
-Please do not join if you will not post frequently. Don't let this die out! Those that do join, please post frequently. And I understand, yes things do happen, but if you can, please tell me or any mods in the roleplay if you're going to be absent.

V. Format of the Role-playOK, so to avoid multiple-single storylines, characters all over the place, and many other dangers (that would eventually clash with each other) this role-play will be brought out in a different style. This role-play will be played out in chapters. Each chapter will have an ultimate goal which we are to achieve. Please continue to look at the announcement board to see what chapter we are on, and when the chapter will end. And to avoid confusion, chapter markers will be posted when a chapter begins and ends as we go along. Please obey the goals of the chapter so that the story may unfold. But don't worry if you feel limited (I know I do), we can still (and probably will) have unexpected twists and turns within the role-play and chapters so that we aren't so limited to our freedom in this role-play.
Don't worry as well; there will be chapters where you may do as you please. So, keep your chin up!

VI. Clearance of Conflicting TheoriesSo for the sake of this large role-play working, we must assume and temporarily (if you go against this judgment) accept certain things:
arrow Hyrule Castle. After Ganon's defeat, Hyrule was in a reconstruction period. Since Castle town and the Castle were destroyed, the Temple of Time was built upon and constructed as the new Hyrule Castle (explains how the Master Sword ended up in the basement of the Castle in WindWaker.)
arrow Castle Town was rebuilt on Hyrule field. (other towns are built during the process)
arrow Zoras nor Kokiris have changed yet.
arrow Like WindWaker, there will only be two Sages, of Earth and Wind.

When sending me your profile skeleton please type at the very end "It's a me, MARIO!" to confirm that you have READ EVERYTHING. If you don't put that at the end of your profile skeleton, you will not be accepted and will be told to read all this stuff I wrote.
