Pre-Blood Blades is where you get some of your blood on one of your blades before the battle even starts. This usually means that you shouldn't use that weapon but for some it means that they will fight better. Have you ever had this happen to you?

well it is one way you can poison someone. like if you had some kinda sickness nothing better than slowly killing your enemy.
this was a method that peasents used when they uprised against a tyrant king.

I have heard of such mostly from my general research but also from my overview. I have personally had this experience and for me whether or not i used it or fought with it, depended on a few things. Such as the weapon and how did my blood end up on the weapon before battle.

The only time I have ever heard of cutting yourself with your weapon is usually because of a ritual. The Gurkha cut themselves every time they drew their knives because to draw it meant it had to taste blood. There is a warrior mindset that if a weapon is drawn it must taste blood some cultures believe the weapon holds a spirit or even magic.
