Example:

Middle of match:
Triple H goes for the Pedigree and hits it, pinning his opponent for the victory.

What is acceptable is this:
Triple H tries to get his opponent in the position for the Pedigree. If successful, his opponent is hit and falls onto his face.

# Have fun! What good would this guild be if no one had fun?

# We are only using Original Characters, that means you cannot role play as characters like the Undertaker, The Rock, Kurt Angle etc. Parodies of characters are acceptable. "Underfaker"

Characters
# A maximum of 3 Characters per person. No mules allowed.
# -This does not apply to staff-

# Please note that 3 characters should be enough for anyone. If you really need an extra character, please contact Chrono.
Matches

All matches are contested in Dragon Gate are to be contested under EXTREME Rules, which mean:

# -No Disqualification but the match can only end inside the ring by pin fall or submission unless otherwise stated.
# -However, just because there are no rules doesn't mean blind interference can happen....like in other guilds.
#- Weapons are allowed, however hitting the referee, Getting Counted Out will cause you to lose the match.



All matches in Phoenix Gate are to be contested under Traditional Rules which mean

*There are DQs (Disqualifications)
*Count outs (If you're out of the ring too long you lose)


# You can auto-hit your opponent after two days of waiting for a response and you receive a auto-win after three days following the auto-hit.

# Remember, here in HLPW it is about telling a story with your writing, not winning titles as such.

Good writers and characters will be rewarded with championships when I feel they deserve it.

We're trying to be fair here!


Promos
If we want you to make a promo to hype yourself/opponent/feud etc you can post them in your brand. You will be able to say pretty much whatever you want!

The Booking Team
# Note: Dragon Gate takes place on Monday Nights.
# Note: Phoenix Gate takes place on Thursday Nights

# The Booking Team plans the HPWL Shows. There are 4 PPVs a year, with two shows a month. Four shows take place before a PPV

# The crew decide who gets championship opportunities, where the matches are placed on the PPV etc.


Feuds

# Feuds are a important part of HLPW because if you are in a feud with somebody this helps you to be creative by planning promo's, matches angles etc with your opponent.
It makes your matches more interesting and if feuds are done well it is a great way to get you a championship opportunity!

# If you would like to start a feud with somebody there are many ways to go about this.

You can PM the member you want to feud with directly so that you can start feuding as soon as possible.

If you are shy you can always PM myself or post in The Booking Team thread and I will be happy to help!

# If you do start a feud with another member PLEASE leave a post in the HLPW Feud topic in the sub-forum so that I know about it and can make it official by updating the first post, which lists all the current feuds.

# If you have any questions, you can leave a post in the HLPW Feuds topic or PM directly.

Inter promotional Feuds

# Inter promotional feuds are a good idea as it gives both shows some major story lines as well as their own to keep people interested!

Concerning No-Shows
People who no-show their matches.
That means you don't even bother showing up despite begging for a match, or having a match.

# The people that no-show are written off the card for at least one cycle.
(There will be a 'suspended' next to their name in the roster)

# They will also be warned.

# They no show again, their character is fired.

# If they hold titles, their titles will be stripped.
I personally feel that people who no show disrespect/disappoint those that are active, those who participate in matches.
It's not cool to no show.

# Now while there maybe times when you're personal life effects you not being able to log on.

# At the very least make a note of it.

# It is not the owner or crew member's job to inform you that YOU have a match.

# It is YOURS.

Some of us crew members/owners also work on other guilds that take up our time.
