Please note: Missions are disabled at the moment.
The guild is focusing on roleplaying, but as soon as the missions are available, everyone will be notified.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Missions will either be posted here, or will be given to you by myself or an upper-level Turk.
IMPORTANT
Completing missions will earn you experience. This experience goes toward increasing your level as a Turk. The harder the mission, the more experience it is worth.
Level 1 missions are worth 50 experience.
Level 2 missions are worth 100 experience.
Level 3 missions are worth 150 experience.
Level 4 missions are worth 200 experience.
Level 5 missions are worth 300 experience.
Level 6 missions are worth 400 experience.
Level 7 missions are worth 550 experience.
Level 8 missions are worth 700 experience.
Level 9 missions are worth 850 experience.
Level 10 missions are worth 1000 experience.
Experience needed to get to the next level increases by 1000 per level. Basically, if you're level 0 (where you start when you become a Turk), you need to collect 1000 experience to become a level 1 Turk. To become a level 2 Turk, you need to collect 2000 additional experience points (giving you 3000 collected in total, including the 1000 from level 1). Likewise, with level 3, you will need to collect another 3000 experience points, giving you 6000 in total.
With higher levels as a Turk, you gain authoritative power over the lower-ranked Turks.
At level 3, you will become a Group Leader and be given five Turks or trainees to watch over and command.
At level 5, you will become a Squadron Leader, and preside over three Group Leaders (and their underlings).
At level 7, you become a General, and will have three Squadron Leaders under your control.
Finally, at level 10, you will become Rufus' personal bodyguard, and enjoy complete control over all other levels of Turks.
Having control over other Turks means that you are responsible for their well-being, attendance, completion of missions, and screw ups. They will report to you and only you (with the obvious exception of Rufus). You will be in charge of passing missions on to them, and will also be eligible to participate in group missions, briefings, wars, and the like. This is great for people who enjoy having a sense of power.
Basically, be active, and the rewards will be worth it.
ALSO. (Just needed to catch your attention if you were drifting.)
Be sure to keep track of the missions of each difficulty you have completed, as well as the experience points you have earned. You should put this information, along with your corresponding Turk level/rank (which you will have to apply for once you have earned the required amount of experience) and total experience into your signature. Think of it as wearing an ID card on your shirt.
For your reference:
Level 1: 1000 EXP (1000 in total)
Level 2: 2000 EXP (3000 in total)
Level 3: 3000 EXP (6000 in total)
Level 4: 4000 EXP (10000 in total)
Level 5: 5000 EXP (15000 in total)
Level 6: 6000 EXP (21000 in total)
Level 7: 7000 EXP (28000 in total)
Level 8: 8000 EXP (36000 in total)
Level 9: 9000 EXP (45000 in total)
Level 10: 10000 EXP (55000 in total)
When you think you have the required experience, PM Rufus to get approval for your new level.
NEW! (as of April 23, 2006, at least)
I am implementing a money system here at Shin-Ra Corp., so that you hard-working Turks out there can afford to buy yourselves new things, such as Materia and Weapon upgrades! There will be a store set up shortly where you can purchase your new items, a bank where we will keep track of your funds, and a thread to explain the Materia system.
Look for these in the near future!
As for those of you who have already completed missions, you will be paid retroactively (meaning you'll get money for the ones you've already done), so don't worry about it.
How much money you get from each mission will be indicated under the "reward" heading.
