Story:In a world where daemons rule and humans kill where is a young half daemon to go? This is the problem for Kenshin. He is afraid that if the daemons find him they will either kill him themselves or give him to the humans to kill. He is scared when he gets lost in the woods. He is found by a human male. The human knocks him out so he does not hurt himself in his fear anymore than he was already hurt. The man takes Kenshin home and treats his wounds. When Kenshin wakes up how will he react to the human helping him? When he spent his whole life hiding from humans and daemons alike. Will he learn to trust the male or will he run?

{Rainbow butterflies? -raises eyebrow-}
Terry was taking a stroll through the forest, looking to find some berries he could use for dinner later. Then he heard a strange noise. Turning, he spots someone. At first, he thinks it's someone from the village looking for him, but then he notices the figure's strange movements. Don't tell me...someone got lost all the way out here? Oh well...
He carefully approached the figure while sticking to the shadows so he could observe them.

Kenshin turned around again. "I am lost and I am afraid. What am I going do?" He sighed and looked around again.He could have swore he heard someone. "Hello?" He was scared.

Terry froze for a moment. Hmmm, yep. Definitely not a human. A lost daemon? Huh, that'll be the day... He slowly came out from behind the tree. Of course, when he did, the first thing he was was the other person's body. "...!?! That body..."

He got scared. "Please don't hurt me." He turned to run. He looked over his shoulder and ran into a tree knocking him self out.

Terry inhaled sharply and ran over to catch the young man before he hit the ground. "Gaa! Look at all these scratches." He the checked the man's forehead. "Thank goodness, he didn't hurt him self ot badly." He shifted the man's body so he was cradling him. "Better take him to my cabin. If he ran from me, I can only guess what's going on..." He then started a light dash back to his cabin.
Once there, he treated all of the young man's injuries and wounds. "He has ears and claws, but his mannerism...is it possible that he's..." He shook his head. "I'll find out soon enough." He then went over to the stove and stated preparing some tea.

Kenshin moaned slightly waking up slowly. "Ow my head hurts." He looked around and saw he was in a house of some type. "Where am I?" He asked sitting up and looking around.

Terry turned around. "Ah, you woke up quickly. That's good. It means your injuries were light." He held up a steaming cup. "Tea?"

He flinched. "Why am I covered in bandages?" He took the tea and held it.

"Ah, well, you were covered in scratches and other wounds, so I wrapped them up to prevent infection." Terry smiled warmly. "By the way, I'm Terry. You don't have to tell me your name if you don't want to but...can I ask you something?" He tilted his head, a few strands of hair falling across his face casually.

"Ah, no thanks needed, I like doing this kind of thing, Kenshin." Terry walked over and sat down in a chair near kitchen. "Now, I don't mean to pry but, when I was treating you earlier, somethings I saw had me worried and...well, you wouldn't happen to be a...a half-daemon, would you?" His browed furrowed in worry. He knew what both societies did to half-daemons, and he hated it. If this guy was one of them... If they followed him here, I'll protect him.
