 Welcome to the Neon Clan!
Here, if you're a member, you can roleplay your mice, give me suggestions as to what you'd like to see the clan do, participate in events, and all that good stuff. If you haven't joined yet, and want to join, please (please!) fill the form out in the joining post. Make sure to read all the rules before joining, just so you don't have any surprises afterwards. I hate awkward moments.
Anyways, before the fun starts, we need to set some boundaries. I won't have chaos in here, it stresses me out. I'm placing all of the rules for EVERYTHING here, so it may look like a lot, but I'm just covering all ground. It's really not that hard to comply and I think if we all work with the rules, we'll all be happy. Yay for happy.

 Joining Rules : ● Your mice MUST have neon colors in them.
● You have to have already gotten your mouse before asking my permission to join.
● Your mice CANNOT already be apart of another clan.
● Please PM me all completed (correctly) joining forms with "Neon Clan" in the subject title.
● Don't have a fit if I don't give you permission to join (I probably won't ever deny anyone permission, so no worries)
● On that note, I'm allowed to deny anyone entrance into my clan for whatever reason.

 Leaving/Rejoining Rules : ● You MUST PM me the form below (completed) with the subject title being "Leaving Neon"
● If after you leave, you wish to rejoin, you have to go through the whole process again.
● All joining rules apply if you rejoin.
● Don't be afraid to leave/ask to come back.
● If you plan to rejoin, I can deny you if I see fit.
● If you were an officer when you left, you will have to work to have that role again. You won't just automatically get it back.

 Breeding Rules : ● If your mice are batting eyes with some other mouse in the clan, be it yours or someone else's get, the other owner's permission (if there is another owner) and then fill out the form below. I'll order the mice for you.
● Please post all filled out (correctly) forms in the breeding thread. I will order the babies from there and then post them in the Nursery Thread, where parents (and sometimes myself) can choose the babies we want and then I'll figure out what to do with the rest.
● Yes, I will pay for the breeding, using store credit.
● As the main rules for breeding say, each parent can keep one of the babies. Occasionally, as clan leader, I might take one under my wing, but I'm giving the parents first pick.
● Any babies that aren't being kept by either me or the parents will be used for either clan events or events to gain new members.
● All babies born within the clan will stay within the clan until they reach adulthood.
If your mice are batting eyes with another mouse from another clan, still fill out the form and I'll see what I can do. Gabriel won't be happy about it, but his queen, Cupcake, might give you some help.
● Interclan babies will be dealt with when the time comes. It all depends on what's going on within the clan.
● Once the babies grow into adults, they can choose to stay in the clan, or leave to go to other clans
● When you want your mice to breed, please at least have them roleplay (no it's not mandatory) and have some kind of lovey dovey scene. It makes it all the better. But PLEASE don't go about telling me how they've ended up with these babies, if you know what I mean.

 Roleplay Rules :
● You should know by now that you should follow the Gaia ToS.
● DO NOT have any inappropriate content (keep it PG-16) roleplays in my clan. Any acts of this WILL result in expulsion. Period.
● Do not powerplay/godmode.
● NO CHAT SPEAK WHATSOEVER. I'm a grammar nazi and unless you're being cute/funny, don't do it, and if you're being cute/funny, don't do it too much.
● Please, if you have a roleplay between just neon clan members, keep it in the Neon clan forum. If it is between a neon clan member and different clan members, put it in the general rp subforum.
