Kurtyr isn't the only one with its festivities, as Akarmen had its own celebration going about one wintery night. It was a time to relish in the finer things in life; the beautiful things found in the world and things crafted. In preparation for the festival, all the city had gone dark. Once it was time to began, a streak of light shot up from the Minister's castle before sweeping down onto the rest of the city. At first glance it seemed to be like regular fireworks, but the sparks danced about, as if on their own whim.
As the lights flooded through the city streets, more lights began to appear in all sorts of colors. And when the whole city was filled with lights, they shot up into the sky to rain gently down once again, signalling the beginning of the celebration.
Performers of all sorts, moved about the streets, showing off their skills in both magical and physical ways. It was essentially one big party full of art and life that went on through the entire city of Akarmen.

A smallish figure skittered through the streets, adorned in a cloak made of fairly nice materials. After awhile, the humakin glanced behind, as if checking to see if they were followed, and soon let out a sigh of relief to see this wasn't the case. Seemingly smug about this, they began to wander about, taking in the sights and sounds of the city at night. Though it was hard to see their face, they were quite in awe of the things before them.
From there, the person wasn't entirely certain where they should go. There were so many things around! At the end of the street, there were some dancers, twirling about with fancy ribbons of sorts. As the smallish being was about to approach to watch, a burst of light caught their attention. A little behind them, were some elemental dancers. Flames and water swirled about as the performers expertly wielded the two elements about one another.
"Wooaah...." the cloaked figure whispered, staring at the display of magic. Sure, they had seen stuff like this before, but there was a certain allure to it being out on the streets.. and with all the other things going on, it just gave a sort of magical feel to everything.
