I was wondering about getting tattoos over scars, me and my boyfriend are thinking of getting matching tattoos (don't worry, it's not a name/initial). We'd like to get triforces on our right wrist but I have a few scars on mine, so I don't know if it's possible to get a tattoo over them.

Anyone know if it's possible?

yeah i have tattoos covering scar tissue & it worked out fine, spirals on top of my left arm smile

I was actually wondering the same thing for the longest time.
Apparently I'm an attention whoring cry baby new f**. lol
...and apparently there's no such thing as people with actual problems who aren't doing it for stupid trendy reasons and in fact hide all of their scars so that no one sees them. rolleyes

I'd rather have people see my tattoo accidentally slip out of my sleeve then my burns and scars.
It's not exactly something people with real problems are proud of.

crysbabies or a newfag,its annoucning that you have scars on your wrist and want a triforce tattoo. im awfully tired of reading about how young girls have scars on their wrists. i feel thats the kind of s**t you keep to yourself unless someone notices and asks you,or you just want attention for it.
also dont take yesterdays rudeness personal snarky,im in a foul mood and took it out on you. but it does irk me when young ladies feel the need to announce private things.

my tattoos are covering kleoid scarring. again the ones top of my arms are through self-harm nothing i'm proud of which is why i got the scars tattooed over. i have 3d tattoos now!! biggrin lol

i have scars on inside of my left fore arm which are not self harm and they are over 10 years old but because of the kleoid scarring they look fairly fresh. it annoys me that when people see them they think i've self-harmed. they are from operatiions and accidents at concerts.

at madame self destruct i found your comments hurtful at first but now am okay i suppose now i've read your previous posts.
