Name: Tali Matka Novikov
Age: Twenty Two

Orientation: Bisexual
Nationality: Half Chinese, Half Russian
Strengths: Confidence, charisma, and wit.
Weaknesses: A bit over the top and attention demanding.
Appearance: Slender and lithe, Tali has a build similar to that of a dancer or a model. Her petite, Asian frame has little in the way of curves, but what she lacks in that department she makes up with in natural grace, charisma, and poise. Tali boasts a magnificent bone structure, angled perfectly and sloping in just the right places. Anything looks good when draped over Miss Novikov's shoulders. Tali's Chinese heritage is dominant in her facial structure and tiny build, the only tell-tale of her Russian father is her abnormally vibrant amethyst eyes.
Fashion Sense: In a word, severe would describe Tali's taste in fashion. Neon colors, drastic hair cuts, outlandish style, she enjoys all these bold fashion statements. Her outfits are far from hideous though, earning many more looks of aesthetic appreciation than contempt.
Personality: Despite her elegant appearance and sophisticated upbringing, Tali is rather informal and up-beat. Though at first glance she may seem snobby and refined, she is quite the opposite, gracing those she communes with an enjoyable, witty conversation. Tali is all smiles and flirtation. Whether or not she is actually interested is irrelevant, that is simply the way she is. Bold, independent, charismatic, flirty, clever, all of these words describe Talli's personality perfectly.
Special Traits/Quirks: Despite possessing completely different views than her formal, straight-edged father, the two get along very well in his main field of research: electronic design and development. Tali has a very inventive mentality, and uses her keen intellect and first rate education to manifest the objects she constructs within her mind.

With her mother being a Geisha, better known as a Chinese socialite in this day and age, Tali is well versed in the ways of words and how to turn them to her favor. She has received years of training and instruction on gauging human emotion, creating feuds, persuading, and even seducing with simple gestures and and insinuations. It is said a Geisha can stop a man with a single glance. This may be true, but Tali would rather ensure he stops, even if it takes a little more convincing than her mother would approve of.
Tali can speak many languages due her intensive education and the Fluency Adapter, an invention she created and gave to her father for production. She is fluent in Russian, Chinese, French, German, Latin, Swahili, the list goes on and on. She is very familiar even with languages native to countries and people beyond the border of national allies. Little use can be found for these languages, but Tali enjoys knowing them nonetheless.
Family History/History: A bisexual daughter with a rebellious streak may unsettle most conservative parents, but not Tali's. Both Mr. and Mrs. Novikov love Tali dearly, supporting her completely in any direction she may turn. This tight-knit family bond was formed before Tali's birth, when thirty year old Ivan Novikov met Zhou Yin, a young twenty three year old China girl working out of a run down tea house in Beijing. It was love at first sight, and the two married merely a month after their first encounter. Ivan was a brilliant man, but his qualifications, as well as his inventions, went unnoticed in the nuclear winter until the later years of his life so the couple didn't have much. Despite what little they had, they were happy and soon had a beautiful baby girl. Their poor living conditions unfortunately exposed Zhou and her child to too much radiation, ensuring that neither of them would ever be capable of conception in their remaining life times. When Tali was four, the government decided that they had some use for Ivan Novikov when they dug up a file on on his designs for a self navigating and self sufficient tank, still in the labors of creation of course.... They offered him a generous sum to bring it to creation. Ever since then, the Novikovs have been of well, reaping the benefits of their government-funded company, Novi. Corp.

Adjusting the sharp angles of the short, stark black strands that framed her face, the woman turned her head slightly, examining her profile. With a quick nod and small smile, the over all look was approved and she proceeded to place the final touches for this evening’s event. Sweeping her thumb over the screen of an electronic pad about the size of a deck of cards, she selected a color from a varied list and returned her attention to the mirror before her. A wave of aqua blue rippled over her silky tresses, starting at the roots and ending at her recently, trimmed tips.
