Banana bread is really good. Have yall ever had ammish friendship bread. that stuff is really good. but you have to recieve the first step to the batter from someone, or you cant make it. my mom recieved the begging dough from someone and it's like a 10 day process where you have to add ingrediants for 10 days, something like that. but it's super good! xp I like this recipe, i only get to eat this at holidays. Sweet Potato Crunch: 3 cups of mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 stick of margarine 1tsp. vanilla 1 cup of sugar 2 eggs, well beaten 1/2 tsp. salt mix well and pour into a casserole pan that has been sprayed with veggie oil. Top with: 1 cup likght brown sugar 1/3 cup flour 1/3 stick melted oleo 1 cup finely chopped pecans Mix and sprinkle on sweet potato casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min.
