Scarlett rushed through the corridors, trying to memorize the map she had glanced at earlier but refused to carry. She was carrying all of her equipment; paintbrushes, pots, clay, paint, pastels - the lot. Opening the door with her elbow, she leaned against it and fell into what would be her new room for the next few years. It was mahoosive. Sinks were spread out on the edges of the room, big tables were also arranged around the edges, stalls behind them - all of them facing a large table in the middle of the room. She smiled. This was a good path to take.. The school in this area had a good reputation. It's perfect. Prof. Reeves thought to herself.
She got to work, putting things in their new homes; filling the cupboards with acrylic paint, the draws with chalk and charcoal and oil pastels and watercolours, putting sponges in the sinks for washing up and placing the plate palletes in the cupboards under the sink.
Scarlett Reeves busied herself with tidying as she awaited for her first class to arrive...

Kimiko calmly walked inside the class with her brother Ryuu. "Yes! My favorite subject." Kimiko says happily. She loved to paint and draw during her free time. Ryuu just sat there beside Kimiko, half asleep as usual.

Gah!! Prof. Reeves shrieked when the door opened. She had been in a world of her own until the two students that looked strangely alike walked in. She cursed to herself for making an idiot of herself. First impressions last. And the one she had given probably wasn't the best! She looked up and smiled to the two pupils and said "Hello! in her calming voice.

Shithead silently followed Ryuu in. He stopped, hid behind a desk, and purred. He decided to follow Ryuu around for the whole day because he was bored. Being a cat sucks.

"Huh?" Kimiko says looking up. "Oh, hello." Kimiko says smiling. "Hello." Ryuu says in his usual calm voice. "I'm Kimiko. This is my brother Ryuu." Kimiko says kindly to Prof. Reeves. "How are you?" She asks politely.

Prof. Reeves smiled back at the unique girl and said "Hello Kimiko! I'm very well thank you. Just been settling in and putting things away. I like to keep places tidy" and with a slight grim look on her face, she looked back to all the boxes she was still yet to unpack. However, she had already prepared herself for this lesson so she fetched a tray from one of the drawers and placed it on the large table in the middle of the room. "Okay.. For our first lesson i'd like you to draw something from observation. This is where you're drawing an object that you see in front of you; not an image of a piece of work. In the tray there's shells and dried sunflowers and a few other misellanious items for you to draw. You can come up and pick what you'd like to draw. No painting today though; i'd like you to work with either chalk and charcoal and work on your toning/shading skills or to use oil pastels and use colour to shade and give the object texture." And with that big speech over, Reeves carried on unpacking her bits and pieces from the other boxes. She looked over to the boy whom Kimiko announced was her brother Ryuu and he was still sat there, staring into space. A small fluffball was purring around his feet. Hmm.. This is going to be an interesting experience she thought to herself sarcastically and carried on unpacking.

ʟιℓℓч_☽☾I rushed into the art room. I'd been waiting for this lesson all day. At last, some normality! I was glad i would be able to loose myself in some art. I hadn't done any art since i had been marked. I smiled when i saw Kimiko sat in the room. At least i recognised one face. It was only her and this other boy in the room. They looked strangely alike so i could only assume that he was her brother. Either that or i was seeing double and needed to get my eyes checked. Soon. I didn't notice the quiet teacher busying herself with unpacking art utensils and i plonked myself on the other side of Kimiko.

Ayuko and Akio walked into the room. Ayuko loved Art. When she was in elementary school, still as a human, she always got A's for art

"Hm? Oh, hey Lilly." Kimiko said as she picked the dried sunflower to draw for class. She took out a piece of paper and a metal case that was full of pencils and erasers. She gently opened the case and searched inside of it for a 0.5 mechanical pencil. Once she had found the pencil she lightly began sketching out the frame of the Sun Flower.

Reeves had barely notice her classroom fill up with pubescent teenagers and she stared in amazement as they started to fill in. Hm.. I swear that there wern't that many students down on the list... Ah well. She shrugs and tells the newly arrived students what she told the first two - to pick something to draw and choose their media. She nodded to the girl who was dressed in what could only be described as an "emo" and said "Don't worry about it, love" with a small smile on her face. She had finished unpacking all of the boxes so she moved those to the counter at the back of the room, in the corner so they were out of the way. Reeves then twittered towards her new desk and started to organise it, putting pencils here, paperwork there and bits and pieces everywhere else.

Emiko smiled "This is the only teacher that's been nice to me all day" She picked up a shell, and took a seat. Then she thought "Grr...Anila isn't in this class...but I love art, and Kimiko is...well, at least the teacher's nice..."

ʟιℓℓч_☽☾I had just finished drawing the shape of my shell when i saw Emiko walk in and apologise for her lateness to the teacher. I instinctivley start to watch her withh a protective feel running through my veins. I felt hot and bothered as i watched her sit down into a seat. I started to watch her like a hawk; trying to do my drawing at the same time as well as looking through my lashes and my thick heavy fringe at her. I normally have a good instinct over people. I can tell whether they're honest or not, most of the time. This time, i desperately hoped that my intuition was wrong. Because i seriously didn't want to ruffle any feathers. Not so soon.

Emiko felt eyes on her, and turned around, and saw Lily. She waved at her, and went back to drawing. Lily seemed nice, but not like the type of person she would hang out with.

ʟιℓℓч_☽☾I kind of wave back at her with fake entheusiasm and i hoped i had smiled back too. If not then it probably looked like a grimace. Ok.. I thought - I'm going to try my damn hardest to be peacemaker here. But if it all goes tits up then i'm not going to be held responsible for my actions. And with that settled in my head i carry on shading my shell.
