No, I'm pretty sure you can't. I think I heard somewhere that you'll get banned if you sell it, although I'm not sure if that's true. Regardless, I'm pretty sure that Gaia won't allow you to sell it.
You are talking about the overseer thingy, right?

Yah, I posted in the Questions & Assistance forums and asked. The people who have theirs listed in the marketplace are using a glitch, and may get banned. Besides, who would buy them?
