Louis Delmon had just arrived at a small town near the center of the country of Manario. While not to far from the capital, it would still provide sufficient protection from the army, who were currently distracted because of one of the many yearly border skirmishes. He hid himself quickly in the back alleys and the less traveled places within the town. If he was to establish himself here he would need to first observe the towns people. If they were not of the right sort he would leave town and head up towards the northern border towns, having heard of the northern hospitality. He sat himself in the corner of a small street and begun his observations.
