The Rules:

1. Must have a time constraint
- It cannot be open indefinitely, otherwise no one could ever win.

2. Must give a prompt
- What is the contest about? Why would the person want to win it?

3. May or may not have their own set of rules
- You don't have to set up any limits, however, there must be a way to decide the winner.

4. WINNERS MAY NOT BE CHOSEN AT RANDOM
- Somewhere on your contest thread, you must post the winner's user name, and why they won. Its only fair to the people who lost.

5. Your contest must have two judges beside yourself
- The people you choose will be requested to write in the forum who they would like to see win the contest and why. This is so that the person running the contest can see things from a different angle, and better choose the winner.

6. But you can decide to ignore your judges
- Not everyone is active all the time, and if your judges won't reply then feel free to go on without them. You can also outright ignore them, for no good reason, but I don't think your contestants will be too happy about that...
