About Zanpakuto Spirit: Amatsumi Kedamono is actually only two spirits not three. they both have split there powers in half to create the third sword. the powers they shed created the larger third sword.
Zanpakuto Spirit True Form:
Inner World: A wasteland as far as the eyes can see without any plants other then a few patches of short trim grass. the terrain is fare and flat everywhere with almost no hills and a very gentle wind blows every now and then.

Shikai Description:
Shikai Ability: Reiatsu disruption and Physical attribute Buffing
Attacks:
First sword; Berserk Fang and Betrayal. Berserk is a Greatsword that gives her a boost in her strength and continues to increase that boost the more she becomes enraged or damaged. Betrayal is a dagger that gives her an increase in her speed and emits a nasty little poison that disrupts the victim's reiatsu's stability preventing them from using there reiatsu properly and can cause kido or shikai failure.
Second Sword: Soul-Trap and Soul-Split. Soul-Trap is another dagger that absorbs a bit of energy from its victim with every successful slash and even if her blade clashes with her opponents. Soul-Split is another Greatsword that destroys what ever it cuts. when struck by Soul-Split the victims flesh around the wound about a half an inch from the injury explodes after having some of Fujiki's own energy inserted injected into it during initial contact.
Third Sword: Infinite-Cruelty and Gory-Crescent. Infinite-Cruelty is a short sword that emits an electrical pulse equal to half the destructive force of a lightning bolt. Gory-Crescent emits nerve poison that causes a burning sensation in the afflicted area as well as puffy swelling, like an infection. The Poison prevents the wound from closing and when turned around the jagged back side rips away flesh easily and the wounds do not close due to the poison which can leave gaping wounds that leak blood violently.
The Swords: Each blade has two forms, one smaller and one larger then the Zanpakutou's sealed form. Fujiki can use any combination of the three smaller forms, Betrayal, Soul-Trap and infinite-Cruelty. However, the three larger forms can only be used one at a time and they take a few seconds to swap out as well which can leave Fujiki wide open if she isn't careful.

Bankai Ability: Superior offensive and defensive prowess
Attacks:
Kougousei; is a passive ability that draws loose spirit particles into the three "eyes" near the base of the blade. these particles become split and absorbed by each of the three eyes. once enough energy is gathered and created the first eye *nearest to the hilt* ignites with snowy light blue reiatsu, similar to a flame. Her blade, if left alone long enough without depletion of energy would ignite the second eye and third eye. this is the first eyes ability.
Tsuiraku Shikon; is an ability that uses the stored energy to unleash visible shock wave attacks that rage forward crushing most anything in its way. This ability can also work in the reverse, pulling in energy attacks and sending them back out with a bit of an added punch into them or steal energies from her opponent if they are unlucky enough to taste the cold hardened steel of her blade.
Kentoku; is the third eye. using the storage's of gathered spirit particles the third eye emits a thin field of protection over Fujiki's entire body adding a bit more protection aside from the armor she gains from using bankai. in addition to adding a thin layer of defense it also gives her a boost to her physical abilities. she can also dim an eye by using up its energy in order to create a barrier of perfect defense stronger then the great barrier support kido, said to be the strongest of defensive spells, or, she can increase her strength and speed to awesome heights at the cost of her protective energy field.
When in this form all of these abilities are available at all times but are greatly weakened if the eye's are not ignited.
*note: the first eye's ability is not affected by the above comment due to it being passive. also the eyes take a considerable amount of time to charge without absorbing her opponents energies through kido or major injury.

Extra Weapon(s) or Items: Seiseki stone breast plate to confine her reiatsu for training purposes. two simple clamps on her sides release the armor and the flood behind the gate. *note: when worn she cannot use more then one sword at a time when in shikai nor use any kido. Memento tanto, from her Rukongai days. Special Chain mesh under her clothing that uses reiatsu to harden itself to protect against slashing and cutting, however the draw back is how thin it is which allows for sufficient blunt damage to accure. *note: loosing too much control or concentration of her reiatsu the mesh turns into a plain old steel mesh suit.
