This bay is one of the three large main bays. It is located in the far front, near the breach of the pod launcher. There are many slots for assorted Mecha and repair areas for those who need it.

Ermor went through all of the motions to get his mech near the Astral Hawk. Since there wasn't any room for the dropship to land inside, the transfer would have to be made through space. This meant lauching from the dropship and guiding himself into the docking bay by himself. This venture went down without a hitch and he docked his mech into one of the many docking areas. Once this was done, he shut down and locked his mech behind him. Ermor planned to pay a visit to the Captain of this ship, for a few reasons.

Ermor opened the armored door ofo his cockpit and climbed into his machine. The door hissed shut and cycled the locking mechanism. Running lights blinked on, showing the path towards the center of the cockpit. Ermor quickly donned his motion armor and started up the machine around him.
"M1 requesting launch clearance." Ermor radios in.
"M1, launch clearance granted. Please wait for your lanuch time."
"Roger that, waiting for launch time." Ermor says, cutting the radio connection.
The binders on his mech released, dropping it to the ground for a short distance. Ermor moved his mech towards the launch door, which allowed a mech or two out at a time. The door opened and Ermor stepped inside the airlock. Locking his mech into the launch rails, he waited for his launch.

Ermor did a circut around his mech, inspecting for any type of damage or metal fatigue. Not finding much out of the ordinary, he decided to give his mech a full work over and tune up job. Ermor found a mobile tool chest and wheeled it over to his mech to begin working. As he was currently working alone, the process would take him a week or so complete fully.

Wiping his greasey hands on a scrap of rag, Ermor surveyed his handiwork. He shruged, supposeing that this was as good as he could do in a short span of time. Taking up his ratchet, he put the metal plating back over the exposed electrical access point and bolted it down quickly. He stood, stretching his back which was sore from being bent over for so long. Clomping down the swinging catwalk, he looked for the next electrical panel. When he found it, he removed the bolts with his ratchet and began work inside.

Ermor replaced the last armor plate back into its proper place. The plate was quickly bolted down and then rubbed with a rag to remove any grease from it. Ermor sat down, leaning against the railing of the catwalk to rest. He wiped the back of his hand across his brow to removed the clinging particles of sweat there. "Done." He breathes, getting up and using the elevator to go back down to ground level.
"Now, lets get this battle on the road, the satellite scans of the dome cities should be nearly complete. I hope intellegence has got everything ready to go." Ermor made his way to the combat bridge, gearing up to announce the next battle being launched very soon.

Ermor came back into the bay, peeved that the spys still had not been able to produce enough data for them to attack. Angerly, he took out his data pad and poked the touch screen harshly to call up some data. "I might as well take an advantage of the lower gravity on Mars." he says to himself, requesting a few things from the armory onboard. The large crane above him jolted, moving out of the hangar to another area of the ship further down.
In a few minutes, the crane returned with a large crate attached to it, along with two other ones following behind it. The crane set the steel crates down and retreated upwards. Ermor walked up to the external panel on it, gave it his personal pin number and watched as the side opened up to reveal a large gattling gun strapped inside. The other two crate carried the magazines for the weapon. Ermor closed the hatch again, sealing it until it was going to be needed before they launched.
