I noticed in the introduction thread, people said they also collected things IRL. So, what do you guys collect?
Myself, I'm collecting classic Disney animated movies on DVD/Blu-Ray and Marvel Legends action figures. ninja
I've almost got the entire collection for the Disney animated movies, and the ones I'm missing are currently in the vault right now.

Normally some form of trading cards although I lack the funds to at the moment.
Started with pokemon then progressed to yugioh, Magic the gathering, short spell of Chaotic but my major hardcore collection was for Eye of Judgment (PS3 game).
On gaia I'm also in the process of trying to get MC letter sets. So far have '09, '08 and '07 complete.

I collect ticket stubs and books/manga series I like. I used to collect Beanie Babies, but I haven't done that in years. My boyfriend and I are slowly building a collection of video games too. Right now his is beating mine.
Oh, and Livejournal/MSN icons. XD

The only other thing on Gaia I'm collecting are EI's. I have most of them, but I'm missing the most recent ones like Shadowlegend, Dappy Dandy and Bad Moon.
That's more passive than the dolls though.

D e l i r i o u s Oh, and Livejournal/MSN icons. XD THIIIIIIIIIIIIIS. DD; My collection is massive. My Kingdom Hearts icon collection alone contains over 100 folders and is huuuuuuuge. I love my icons. *snuggles* I even have some Gaia ones, although I had to make those. On Gaia, I collect pretty much everything there is to collect. Like Sharky, I'm collecting Letter sets, but '09 is the only one complete thus far. I seem to be a tad more ambitious, though, as I'm aiming for ten complete sets for at least '07, '08 and '09. <.<;; I also collect EIs, but it's a very passive thing. As for MCs... one day, I might collect them all, but I don't quite like them all enough to spend my gold on them at the moment. I'd rather go for the ones I like. And in real life...? Books and manga are of course essential, because I never throw them out. I love them too much. So my English manga collection is fairly small, due to the prices, but my Japanese collection is quite large. I've collected pretty much everything ever released in cereal boxes and potato chip packets over here, too. Not all that serious, though. I just... collect. Hoard, hoard, hoard, that's me. : D

I used to hoard. I had all kinds of stuff in my closet, then I had to clean it out. ninja
Now I'm choosy about what I collect IRL.
@MSN/LJ Icons: I sort of collect those too? I did more-so before I really got into Gaia. I have Photobucket albums full of them. And have made some myself. I love funny ones and tend to use them on my MSN. xD
Maybe I'll make a thread where we can share them since there's a few of us here that do it.

I collect owl stuff, but not super actively? I apparently collect perfume I never use too, haha. >>; I would collect all the Clinique perfumes if I wasn't broke *_*

I'm not alone in the icon collecting!! I have folders upon subfolders of stuff.
I forgot to mention, I on/off collect rubber ducks, like how ArisaKisa collects owls.

Oh! I remember! I was going to start collecting the rubber ducks on Gaia. xD But I never got past like three of them. I forgot about them.

Ahaha. There just aren't enough rubber duckies to make it fun. I guess you could also say I collect jewellry in real life. Particularly earrings... I love them. <3

And a quick search in the MP shows there's only 9 rubber ducks on Gaia. Foo.

I think my icon folder is around 3 GB now or something. <.<
I just realised, I also collect phone charms - pretty much since last year in Japan - and keychains and the like. I'm also working slowly on a small postcard collection, because I keep finding pretty ones that I just want to keep. <3
Stells, we should edit that first post to include photos of collections, should anyone want to share. XD

Nooo don't start on the Rubber duck talk gonk
My other half collects them. Then her dad realised how much some off them sell for on ebay and now owns a business selling them. I'm not sure if it has reached America but if you see a rubber duck in tv advertising (i.e O2,premier inn,Big Brother) he was the one who supplied them.
