64 Earthquake,leafstorm,Giga Drain, Crunch.
Metagross
59 Earthquake, Rock Slide, Hyper Beam, Psychic.
Noctowl
55 Extrasensory, Air Slash, Fly, Steel Wing.
Tyranitar
63 Dark Pulse, Earthquake, Shock Wave, Brick Break.
Blaziken
65 Fire Punch, Blaze Kick, Aerial Ace, Earthquake.
Wailord
59 Hydro Pump, Avalanche, Earthquake, Protect.

The first thing I notice is a lack of status moves. Attack moves are useful, but if you don't have moves like Swords Dance or Recover you'll be at a major disadvantage--especially with Wailord, whose strength is in its HP, not its attack power.
Plus, you aren't matching up physical/special attacks with your Pokemon's strengths. Tyranitar has a great Attack stat that you're somewhat squandering with Dark Pulse and Shock Wave.
And Noctowl is a pretty weak Pokemon altogether. I'd advise switching to Togekiss or Staraptor, or maybe a different Flying combination.
