Our guild mule, "The Mercenary League" may be taking a more prominent role in the near future to promote the League. But right now, he's dressed like a newbie with all the starter stuff. (Not a bad thing if you ARE a newbie, but not good for the guild mule). Those of you who have been around a while, yes, we have lost access to KillerSumo, so we created a new mule.

Now, I have two parts to this that must be discussed.

1) What should the mule dress up like? Give me ideas or TekTeks. I planned at first to dress him up as Ike from Fire Emblem (see the first image on the main page of the guild), but discarded the idea since we are not a fire emblem guild, and because doing that would be significantly expensive.

2) Once we decide on a look for the guy, we'll need some people willing to donate towards the acquisition of the "look." It's entirely voluntary, of course, not an order or a mission, but if you've got the extra gold and are willing to spare some of it for something that is both important and frivolous at the same time, then there may be a commendation in it for you.

So, feel free to discuss these topics until we come to a conclusion. It may end in a vote. I think the only thing set in stone here will be that he wears an eyepiece, but I can provide that myself.

While I acknowledge that we do have soldier-style mercs that carry rifles and machine guns, I want to also incorporate the fact that we have swordsmen, techies, mages, and other types of fighters in the guild.

I've cosplayed as Ike in the past. So if you want a decent Ike cosplay, then yes, it's kinda expensive (Like above 200k).

Anywho, I have different ideas. it just depends on what everyone would be looking for. For example:


This is more like a comical look. The mule is supposed to represent the guild. But since it's a mule, it's not really someone. Well, it is...agh, it's hard to explain! Anywho, that's a military outfit based on our ranks and such.

Ooooh, that's a much better idea! Although Gear is probably the only one that knows EXACTLY what he looks like, this is how I picture Archive.

Anyway I kinda agree with K' on the no face thing, it would add an air of mystery to the whole thing. I'm going to get to work on some tekteks, see what I can throw together.
