Unfortunately, guys aren't at all like us girls. I'm currently reading a book on how their minds work and it made the truth a little more reachable for me...
Boys love to be heroed and complimented on something they worked hard on. They value respect more than love. In other words, a guy will rather want to feel unloved and lonely than to feel disrespected and worthless. They need to be on the top of the foodchain! ^^
And be careful not to break his ego. It may seem big, but is incredibly fragile. It can be destroyed by just one look from a girl.
When a guy insults another guy they put up a fight, but if a girl insults a guy he takes it to heart and is hurt real bad. But does he cry about it? No, he gets mad and moody.
But a well manered guy will not insult or be rude with a girl. Even if she mocks him.
