Perhaps the image could be resized and rehosted for easier viewing, though funny enough, that's exactly the same scenario in my house right now. xd

It is my fear of the red rings that will keep me from so many joyful gaming experiences.

Craptacular Poptarts Ha, lol.
I never owned a N64
That's actually the original NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) in the picture next to the red ring of death'd XBox 360. Regardless, my N64 works as well, and even has the Expansion Pak upgrade to boot.

Everything of mine still works. From the Original Gameboy, to Tetris, to N64, to Super Nintendo, to my PS1, yet alone PS2. As for the original Nintendo, I haven't a clue. My dad moved it somewhere years ago and I never could find it.
As for the Xbox, everytime I go over to my cousin's house, I watch the noobs fight with their Xbox 360. It will stop in the middle of a game and act like there is no disc. The irony is when they make fun of my gaming habits, yet they're the ones playing on a POS.

I've had a Super Nintendo stop working after much abuse, one NES no longer works thanks to the lack of knowledge the peeps at my local Radio Shack had concerning a Power Adapter that was suppose to work for it, but as it turns out was just too powerful for it and a Game Boy that longer works that we discovered that it just isn't waterproof. Still have another NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, R.O.B., and a few hand helds (mainly Gameboy Color and a few GBAs) that are still kicking.
Edit: To add onto the Radio Shack story, after the idiots ruined one of my working NES, they had the gall to try and sell me an Xbox (back when it was still new); needless to say, that further encouraged me to demand my money back.

Why people think the Xbox is so great, I'll never understand. I bet people in Japan have never heard of the Xbox, lol.
Wait, you have a working R.O.B.? I ought to steal that from you..
