I'm fore-warning you now, there's a bit of language in this post. So, if you don't like it, then i apologise. However, this is what my character's like. Of course, i'll keep the language to a minimum.
"Yeah, i always knew she was crazy!" Finn guffawed back at his friends who were teasing him about his ex-girlfriend Lily Clark who had recently been marked by the tracker and was currently in the school House of Night. They'd originally been together for a couple of months. Originally, they were unseperable. They were the "it" couple. Everyone loved them. One of the hottest guys in the year was dating one of the cutest girls in school. They were the same age and were in a few of each others' classes. If you saw one of them, then the other wasn't far away.
The bunch of jocks were just strolling through town and the various parks, laughing and joking to each other. The weather was nice, for England. The sun was high in the sky without a cloud in sight. Which was rare.
"Yeah, but dude, imagine how hot she'd be as a grown up vampire. Vamp women are hot!" one of his friends retorted to him. Finn smiled and just said "Yeah, but still.. She's a vamp, man! You think i wanna go out with a ********' blood suckin' creature? She could've killed me, i bet, if she put her mind to it." Of course, he was in denial. Somewhere deep inside him, he still held a little candle for her. But to be going out with a vampire wasn't exactly good for the repuatation. Besides, he thought I bet she'd only want me for my blood anyway. I just don't see how it could've worked out. The relationship was coming to an end anyway; we had started to drift. Her marking was only fate telling us that she shouldn't be together anymore.
"Ahh.. s**t." Finn said when he looked at his mobile for the time. He was late for walking Molly. Mum's gunna be pissed! He thought to himself. "Boys, i gotta go. My turn to walk to dog; my little sister did it yesterday." and with that he ran from his group of friends, back the way they'd come and round the corner. Slipping into the allyways, he dodged the brambles and thorns only to bump headfirst into someone. Someone big, tall and hard. "Oh, sorry man! I totally didn't -" Finn shut himself up when he looked at the man's face. s**t. He thought. Before he could get another word out of his mouth, Finn sprinted as fast as he could back down the allyway. There was no way he was going to become one too. Not after the way he'd treated Lily. His friends wouldn't like him anymore. Not after how they'd just bitched about the vamps. No. He didn't want the same fate.
No matter how fast he ran, the tracker was stood at the end of the allyway. Finn couldn't stop himself quick enough and accidently ran into him again. He fell to the floor in the allyway. And suddenly he was on his own. The tracker had done what he'd been told to do.
Finn tried to walk home as quickly yet as casually as he could; trying to cover up what he knew would be a mark with his sandy coloured hair what was styled to the bed-head style. His pure blue eyes looked around himself, before walking through the front door of his house. His head hurt; a lot.
"Holy s**t! What the hell have you done?" His mother screamed at him when she saw him.. And his forehead. Right then and there he was sorry for what he had done to Lily. No one deserved to go through this on their own. That's what he'd made her do and now i guess this was some sort of pay-back.
Finn had never felt so alone.
And he was about to make life a lot more awkward for him and Lily.
